One of the Most Revieweds in Bruinisse Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Small room for 6 people and you mostly have to bring your own stuff, even for your bed. Luckily everything is close and there's a supermarket for food and drinks, even though the prices are quite high. The entertainment for kids is mediocre at best and for adults there's pool, airhockey and swimming for inside and biking outside. The restaurant is expensive but service is very good, there's plenty of space and you get to sit either inside or outside. The menu has before and after 5pm (17:00) options and a lot of drink choices. The surrounding area is very nice to bike and walk through. The beach is very small but you can find places to basically have a private beach if you keep your eyes open while walking along the path. Avoid Summio Parcs – Misleading and Unprofessional Booked for 3 people via Airbnb – no towels or bed sheets were provided, despite what was shown in the listing. When I requested them, they were handed over without any mention of extra costs, only to be charged €30 later. This is deceptive and unacceptable. The host was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility. Feels like a scam – I’ve escalated the issue to Airbnb. Not recommended. Stay away if you value honesty and clear communication. Really loved this place. Came here with 3 generations and was great for all. Lots for kids to do (pool, games, activities,...) but also peacefull and surrounded by nature for those who enjoy the quieter pace. The staff were very friendly. When we, family of 2 adults and a 2yo kid, arrived in our 6 person cottage, which had been supposedly cleaned a few hours earlier, the bathroom was grimy, there were cobwebs in the staircase and there was a used nosespray under the back cushion of one of the living room sofa. The 50 cm front lawn and the driveway had garbage lying around. The crockery was limited, not even amounting to the number of beds for some glasses; the cookware was only a wok, a small saucepan, and a big stewpot. The bathtub had a leak, and both the doorbell and the electrical heating stove were not working. Some of the bed linen we received was bloodstained. Not to mention the cramped bedrooms where the beds are literally pushed against the radiator, the electricity sockets which are not childproofed, the missing garden net (that all the neighbours had to prevent their kids to fall in the pond surrending the house and that we only managed to get once one of the neighbours left). Now, the amenities (rated as service and location) - the shop is expensive, as one could expect in such a resort, but also ALL the cucumbers were moldy, there is no sausage sold (or any kind of meat) and no towels, even though this resort has a swimming pool. - 50% of the keys to the lockers in the aforementioned swimming pools lost their armband, and 25% more are hanging by a thread. The footbath of the swimming pool is empty of water, which induces sand, soil, and other dirt in the children swimming pool. That being said, aside from 3 people who shall remain unnamed, the staff was pretty helpful to resolve some of our issues, and some deserve the medal of best customer service of 2024. The restaurant has decent food, even though the quality of the same dishes vary from day to day. The park is beautiful and the north-west playground is a staple, when no-one else is there, for when you have a 2 yo kid. Additionally, the Albert Heijn of Bruinisse is at walking distance, so one can save their budget for quality food (if they have the cookware, that is). Unfortunately, the positive points do not make up for the health and safety hazards that we met. The Apartment is very good , clean and comfortable 👌, but the problem are the facilities, the place for squash is dirty like the floor been so so long not been cleaned, when you enter immediately what you smell is the smell of dust, the bowling couch are full of shoes marks like litterlitterally when you sit there those shoes marks will transfer to your pants specially when you use black pants, the midgetgolf is very dirty also like they didn't take care of it, it us more suitable for family with children until 10 years old It was a nice place to enjoy with children. Nothing to complain about They have stole my money for one week stay. Airbnb was trying to contact them but they avoid contact. It’s been two months now and the are playing hide and seek. First they charged for extra week then they remove you from the house. The manager informed that he will notice Airbnb about this , and cancelled our reservation with refund for the rest, but it never happened. Avoid this place cause they lie, Stay away!! The worst experience ever. Their accommodation is badly maintained and poorly clean. When we called them to raise our concerns we were thrown like a ping pong ball from the reception of the accommodation to the customer service? of Roompot. Complete scam!
