I was very surprised. Service was fast and high quality. The employees were very accommodating, and brought everything to our table even though it seemed like a "typical fast food place", which was surprising. The atmosphere is unique aswell. Modern with a splash of street and high class. Neon signs, and spray mural, very Instagram worthy of that's your cup of tea. Biggest plus is probably the fact that all their food is halal. Prices are a bit much but that's Copenhagen for you. I'm sure they're doing their best in that regard. We ordered 45-50 minutes before they closed and got there 30 minutes before they closed. Service was frantic and delayed, the boxes the food came in were greasy and dirty, the ice cream I had just taken out the freezer was melted, the I had ordered was dry, the construction was messy. Cherry tomatoes in a which just pop out in every bite? Surely you have to rethink that. And fried onions which were everywhere but in the burger. The size was good tho, so you would be full after a burger. But they do cost 80 and up so surely you should be able to expect that. My sister had the pizza. However, recently the service has declined tremendously. It's the third time that we get the burnt, even though I specifically called and kindly asked to be mindful. As a former pizzaiolo, I can humbly point out that the oven was too hot (which is normal if you have many pizzas on a weekend eve). Perhaps, extend the estimated waiting time, rather than rushing in making more pizzas and loosing customers. Der blev delt smagsprøver ud til flere kunder omkring os – men vi blev bevidst sprunget over. Den eneste tydelige forskel mellem os og de andre var, at de ??? jaa Det føles som diskrimination, og det hører ikke hjemme nogen steder. Vi kom for at få en god oplevelse og blev i stedet mødt med forskelsbehandling. Det er både respektløst og uacceptabelt. Jeg håber, ledelsen tager dette alvorligt og overvejer, hvordan de behandler deres kunder fremover. Alle fortjener at blive mødt med samme respekt – Virkelig virkelig godt, og charmerende medarbejdere, men det der kunne gøres bedre er stolene.
