Good and some cakes and sandwiches. Pricey but everything in Fiskars is. The worst dining experience I had in Finland in the past months. We were in town for the biennale and exhibitions. We had good memory about our last visit of the cafe some years ago and we were not quite hungry so we decided to pay another visit. However, the sandwiches we had were not even fresh though most likely what we had were made today as the ones made yesterday were marked clearly with discount that we did not pick. And the price was quite high. I liked this place as I like many other Finnish family-run businesses, but I am super disappointed now, as I cannot feel the warm heart behind the story any more. It seems like a stranger to the town now. Anyway, it remains in the old building with the glasses to the window, which is nice. Quite good gluten free chocolate cake. A very busy place in July during lunch time. The lunch salmon soup looked good and seemed to be a popular choice but did not taste it. Very nice salmon soup, croissant and cafe latte. Interior is really beautiful with all the antique furniture. Nice interior and great choice of sweet cakes and a good selection of savouries too. At the entrance, it is easily crowded due to limited space and at popular times finding seating may be a challenge, which is a sign of a popular place. This quaint and lovely cafe serves daily soup as well as baked goods. Traditional creamy salmon soup and hard rye bread is the thing to get anf enjoy in a antique atmosphere with bookshelves on all the walls. The books can be bought is you find something that you fancy. I prefer eating indoors even on a sunny day, as it's just such a lovely place. The salmon soup was delicious and comforting, and includes that comes from their own roastery. I also had a very tasty cinnamon cookie that they make. The service was amazing too, the lady was very kind and accommodating Beautiful little book cafe in the centre of the idyllic village of Fiskars. Friendly staff, excellent homemade cakes and cinnamon buns, delicious and a charming ambience. Cafe Antique is my go-to location for refreshments whenever I'm in the area. We had some coffee, tea and sweet pastries. Everything tasted nice and it was great that you could have another cup of with the same price. Their was really good! Friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere and the best cinnamon roll Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
