But the infrastructure of this town is not at all supporting visitors. Finding a place to park is nearly impossible. There are several private parking places where owners don’t even want to provide receipts (clearly to avoid paying taxes). Even though they charge something like 90-100 HRK per day. Shame.. Super Loads of people. Prices of everything are God damn high. I do not like this place Tucepi Beach is stunning! Crystal-clear waters, clean pebbles, and a beautiful promenade. Perfect for swimming and sunbathing with plenty of shaded spots. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. It's never too crowded, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing day by the sea. Highly recommend visiting! Small beach with average apartament prices we turned to Baška Voda instead. Water is perfect and clean but everyday there is a hunger games type competition for some shadow on the beach. Empty loungers are spread all around at best locations by local vendors, even though this is against the rules. They do this at around 3 to 4AM, sometimes even earlier, so there is almost no place left to take a spot in the shadow. Then at 4 - 5AM turists with nothing better to do reserve the remaining few spots with their trash (towels, loungers and literall trash) and go back to sleep or something. So after 6AM you can park your towel or lounger in a place where sun will burn you from 11AM on. If you don't mind burning your body to a crisp for most of the day or waking at 3AM to get a good spot in the shadow, then this is the beach for you. Spent 12 days here...nice place...overcrowded...sometimes issue to find a spot on beach... Best place !!!
