She was about a meter away, making pizza. I asked if a certain item contained meat (there were no descriptions in English), and she muttered something in response. I politely asked again, and she said it did—without even turning around or knowing which item I was referring to. It came across as really rude. Also, the chocolate pastry I bought was burnt on the bottom. Seemed a great place at first with wide range of products to buy, but my experience has not been positive. I only bought burek, which was overpriced and so burned that it didn’t taste good. They should not sell it if they ruin it like that. I will not come back there. So far the best bakery in Makarska I tried. Seems to be the only bakery with a very good burek in town. They sold a pizza that was burnt from the bottom, not very tasty.
