Old ruins of a roman town. Its history is really interesting and you walk through it. I think there were some floods that destroyed the ancient time. There's also some more 'stones' in the backyard of the local church a few minutes away so check that out too. Nicely presented Roman Ruins. Lots of information boards in English. Knowledgeable staff in the little ticket office and modest entry fee. Very interesting history. Interesting to see how Zagreb actually originated and how Romans lived in this area. Has a small souvenir shop as well. A bit hard to reach without a car, but taxi shouldn't cost more than a drive to the airport. It seems this archeological park is being severely neglected and is slowly going to ruin. The plaques and signs are faded and/or broken, the site is littered with cigarette butts and beer cans, and it's altogether a rather sad sight. Hopefully someone will take notice and turn things around, otherwise curb your enthusiasm if you're planning a visit. Small archeological park, nice for afternoon trip and picnic.
