Visiting family in the area. Found this Farm via Google. What a find! We went specifically for cake. The special was fruit crumble. It was divine Oh yes it’s been years since I was here and as a keen birdwatcher I saw a great many of the first of my rarer birds here. I love the songsters and we were just on our way back from the vets and needed to treat Mike to some breakfast and he said oh there’s a cafe there. I said oh yea, I know that place and the guy Nicholas Watt. Big conservationist. Anyway we went on to have a brilliant breakfast. The grounds have really developed and the elderly female was a bit snappy but to be honest she was trying to be polite. It was entertaining. Bless her. This is a busy place and the vibe is spot on. One thing I would say is get the breakfasts up on the board because at first glance it just looks like tea coffee and What a place. I visited early afternoon on Friday 25 July 2025. Easy parking. Plenty of disabled parking for my elderly mum. Modern. Clean. food, atmosphere and and excellent toilets too. We would definitely recommend. I stumbled across this place and what a place it is. I don't normally drive this way to Peterborough and spotted this place and had to take a look. The place is really clean and well planned out. The were really welcoming and I enjoyed my time here. Unfortunately I didn't get anything in the Cafe but it all looked really nice, maybe next time. As always, good/great produce (*I think* mostly local), fresh eggs delivered daily & great meals/drinks provided, along with & helpful staff. I always make a point of stopping by to purchase the eggs, which are cheaper or in line with the prices for most shops & they're fresher (directly supplied, so no "middle man"), so last longer!) Sorry for no pics, I'm usually focused on enjoying the food, rather than photographing it! 😁 Found this place, on A road, whilst looking for an eatery on way back from Spalding. Had a lunch & cold drink; good varied choices on menu. Service very friendly, quick & efficient. Yummy choice of cakes & biscuits. The farm is a must to visit, lots of food, including veg, fruit & sweets. Nice gift choices from biscuits to boxed sweets to flavoured gins & vodkas. place to spend a of couple hours, with good parking, in surroundings. I go for their fantastic eggs whole tray of 30 works out cheaper than supermarket free range eggs and so much fresher too as he brings them daily from his own hens. The yolks are orange instead of yellow and taste wonderful. I use them for everything including sunny side up and my dog has one per day scrambled. The cafe is always busy queues to get a seat but the fruit and special hot chocolate I had was delicious. Dogs can sit outside too on their decking area overlooking their wildlife pond. There is also a butterfly walk, free news letter and sometimes he does a farm tour (paid for event.) once per AJ’s birds come at Easter half term with her birds of prey flying displays.for a fee children and adults can hold a bird on their hand. Great place day family trip out. Visited here today to partake in a spot of brunch with the better half, we opted for the full English which arrived hot and in a timely fashion. The were remarkably given the current heat we’re experiencing. We opted to sit out in the veranda overlooking the wildflower area and pond. Well worth the visit, and well worth the price. Hot and local produce. Very well done Vine House Farm Cafe. I stopped by for lunch and a few items from the farm with my two young children. place, and nice food in the cafe. It was very busy so I guess others thought the same. Small little play area outside which my children enjoyed and a nature trail which we will be coming back to visit when we are not limited for time. Recommend a stop if you’re passing! We often visit this venue on route to or from visiting friends and relatives. The cafe serves great food throughout the day, their cakes are delicious and very friendly. The outdoor decking provides seating for guests with dogs and overlooks their excellent nature area and playback. The farm is packed with good selection fresh produce, a butchers, frozen food. Whilst not cheap the items are of excellent quality and are very helpful. Sometimes there is a fresh fish van outside. Plenty of car parking, including electric vehicle chargers. My one negative is the car is a stone and sand type finish which sticks to shoes and transfers into the vehicles. A recommended place to visit, we often grab a takeaway hot coffee and slice of to dustbin us on our journey. The fruit scones are fantastic. Delicious cakes and a quality farm shop. The location has a nice outdoor terrace overviewing a small nature trail with information about fauna and flora. The owner gave us explanations about endangered turtle doves they released on the nature reserve. We will definitely go back. I always call into here after visiting my daughter, the are both in the cafe side and the shop. I always buy a couple of bags of the apple and cinnamon from the shop. Whilst it’s always been consistent and lovely, last weeks seemed a little dry, and this week by the time I got home there was grease through the bags and when I attempted to lift the out it fell apart and was sticky. The consistency seems to have completely changed, which is a real shame as it was a family favourite but won’t be purchasing again :( Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
