Lots of interesting graffiti; drinking and entertainment areas all around this small site. It really does look like a completely autonomous area of the city; I can imagine people smoking joints here. off the grid place visited for promotion of friend's comic release Decent pizza, excellent service! We were in Zagreb for one night and we were searching what to do in Zagreb. We found punk concert in Medika and it was really nice. We were looking a bit like lost tourists in the place, because we didn't look like punk people, but we enjoyed it anyway. Good atmosphere, good beer (From Montenegro and North Macedonia👌) and good music. Unfortunately my friend broke his leg during pogo dancing and he is still in hospital, so I recommend be careful to other visitors. Underground out of parlemantary place with great vibe, art and people. Live concerts and so on. Urban hipster place, open community, tasty pizza, funky concept and great add on to the locals social life. I go there whenever I want to feel like I’m not in Zagreb, but on a some cool place abroad. Very alternative place and always fun to visit. Klosariya A place to hear young local bands as they are starting to take the stage. Great atmosphere, full of young people, from teenagers to adolescents. If you want to experience and connect to the one part of the generation that's taking over our place, this is the club to go to. It is oriented towards alternative style of music, as well as the alternative approach in mindset and style. Don't expect a stylish interior decor, but a raw and minimalistic, industrial setting with nicotine scented air and a very loud soundscape. If punk, rock, metal and alike is your thing, this place should be a place of interest when visiting Zagreb. Besides concerts, this club is active in organizing events and projects that promote art and literature, poetry and architecture, or any other area of urban expression. Punky little place. We were here on Karaoke party. MC Leo Lapić did an outstanding job. Sound was great. The wood-fueled fireplace kept us warm and we were drinking beer and singing. 😃 I travelled from Scotland to see a band play here and had a great time. I'll be honest, you need to know what you're getting into before you arrive but if you like a rough-and-tumble, authentic underground venue then this one is hard to top. Genuinely one of my favourite venues in Europe because it's not yet been sanitised and turned into another modern "multi-purpose arena complex", it still feels like a place for underground alternative gigs. This venue is a throwback to what real venues used to be like, and if you've ever had fun in a Berlin squat bar/venue, you will love it here. Similar vibe to Metalkova in Ljubljana with its unique aesthetic, excessive consumption of alcohol, and speakers with no decibel limits... and I'm not saying any of that as a negative, I loved it! See it before it's inevitably bought, demolished, and turned into something soulless like the "O2 Zagreb Arena".
