I recently visited Vizitor Caffe on Tornik hoping for a pleasant stop after hiking. While the views are undeniably beautiful and the service was acceptable, two major issues completely ruined the experience: extortionate pricing and appalling cleanliness. Let's talk about the prices first, because they are simply outrageous. I understand that locations at tourist spots have a premium, but what they are charging here is pure greed. A small 0.75L bottle of water costs 550 RSD (approx. €4.70 / $5.10). This is an absurd price for water, anywhere in the world. I also ordered a **cold-pressed blueberry juice**. While it was tasty and refreshing, it came in a tiny glass (only 0.2L!) and cost an unbelievable **690 RSD** (approx. €5.90 / $6.40). The value for money is non-existent. The second, and perhaps even more off-putting, issue was the state of the restrooms. They were filthy and clearly neglected. I understand that a high volume of guests can create a mess, but that is precisely why a establishment should have a staff member checking and cleaning them regularly. It was evident that this had not been done for a very long time. It's basic hygiene and it was severely lacking. Overall, the decent service and good views cannot possibly make up for the shameless pricing and unacceptably dirty facilities. I cannot recommend this cafe to anyone. You are better off bringing your own water and finding a spot on a bench to enjoy the view for free. Save your money for a place that offers fair value and basic standards of cleanliness. Okayish experience when it comes to service, but the view is phenomenal! It looks nice from the outside but inside is very crowded. Toilet is dirty, especially women's. Your lungs will fill up with tramendous amount of the cigarettes smoke. Prices are on the expensive side but it's okay if you consider the location of the caffe. Waiter was totally fine. Very pushy waitress... brought more food than we ordered. She ignored our order and insisted on bringing extra orders (which we, of course, had to pay for). It is usually very busy and that gives extra charm to the place. Could be better organized and cleaner. It's on the expensive side, but considering the location it's acceptable. place is good but staff is BIASED, i felt that because i kept calling him (tall white thin guy) and he kept ignoring me while serving others, later i realised that i was the only indian there with fair skin so may be he did not like me, and when i went inside he abruptly took my order and handed over the serving plate to me instead of serving on my table like for others, VERY DISRESPECTFUL, so be careful if you are too like me because though we are in 2022 some have still not changed, yes i am referring to RACISIM - you might experience it there so go prepared 😞 Great hospitality. The waiter was very kind though, 5 stars for him 👍 Caffe is very close to the mountain peak. The view is excellent. It has few tables inside and a terrace outside with around 7-8 more tables. I have tried plasma shake and it was kind of sparse. Toilet was in really bad shape, so I hope that they will work a little bit on hygiene there. The emptiest pancake in the history of the pancakes (should be Nutela with biscuit)))) BS!!! Not asking to much, just add the Nutella properly. Beside the location everything else is Zero!!! Ušli da pitamo ima li hrane, zatekli konobare kako jedu za šankom te nam govore punih ustiju samo neka sjednemo a oni će doći. Konobarica izgleda kao da je došla iz izlaska teška šminka i minica u kojoj radi i naravno ako ne služi naš stol ne smijemo joj se ni obratiti. Hrana je u redu prosječna i u skladu očekivanja kao i lokacija no s obzirom na destinaciju najpametnije bi bilo popiti kavu bilo gdje drugdje te ovaj restoran zaobići u širokom luku.
