It's everything you would expect from a alley, and more. Not only does it have several well maintained alleys, it also has a pool and football table, arcade machines, and a bar/lounge. The young person working there is very charismatic, down to earth and friendly, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxing. Feel free to ask the staff any questions you might have, they are happy to help! We went here for a 2 hour slot. It was great and the arcade part is also good we got 20 tokens for 10 euros which is actually great most games are 1 - 2 tokens was definitely worth it Nice bar for birthdays, chating, and having fun. It is for all ages. Doesn't matter if u have 50 years or 10, it is same fun. If u want to go i would reccomend to go here but don't forget that you must reserve it! There were few people duirng day time. It is good for fmaily and you can easily spend an hour with active participation. Rates are moderate. Recommended. ps: Balls are slippery. It would be better stock dry towel. We didn't get started until almost 10 min after our reservation, because 3 staff members couldn't figure out a simple reservation we had made for 2 people. It cost 40 Euros for 1 hr, 2 regular drinks total and the hidden cost of shoe hire they had not made us aware of. They will say its the cheapest in Zagreb but for many people working here that is one day's wage.. for one hour bowling. Clown world. Then we got moved over to a different lane which took another 5 mins off us. Sure they added some time, but it made absolutely no sense. It just interrupted everything when a man comes out yelling and you can hardly hear because of the non-stop techno music. The music is extremely loud and terrible, so you just shut up and pay, leave and don't dispute the price. I've never been anywhere and had to pay extra for shoe hire. I'm well aware of this kind of behaviour in Croatia as a foreigner visiting. It's a terrible way to do business. Most Croatians are friendly however there are some especially in such businesses who will do their best to ensure you have less money and they have more, irrespective of their poor quality service. Came here to celebrate a children's birthday which was a nice change from the usual offerings in Zagreb. could be back again! They have a solid selections of beers and other beverages and both the kids and we had a great time. The only critique I have is that more attention needs to be payed to cleanliness. We had fun playing Billard and and having regular drinks. The equipment has seen its shiny days. Smoking is allowed in the wintergarden which is connected to the playing area thus my clothes needed to hang out, otherwise four stars.
