However, the staff is extremely helpful and polite, and the cafe is very close to several main attractions in the city - most notably the Ban Jelačić Square and the Tvornica Kulture concert venue, the latter of which is directly across the street. He either REALLY wants to get fired or he should rethink his life choices and not bring his personal frustrations to work. He is definitely not suited to work with people. Waiter is unprofessional, unpolite. I was there around noon. He brazenly said I couldn't order hot chocolate because “it’s crowded”! Then after I expressed dissatisfaction by saying “I don’t know what will I order since I can’t get what I want”, he said again brazenly “You can but you will have to wait”! First of all the shop was not crowded. Inside complitely empty and outside maybe 5 tabels, some of which were already served! Second thing is even if it was crowded does that mean it is ok not to serve my desired order? Or does it mean you will let me wait for my order and serve others before me even if it’s my turn to be served? This waiter was not alone in the shift there was another waiter preparing orders. So I don’t see how it was a problem to serve what I ordered in an almost empty shop. Garbage fell to the flor while he was taking tray inside, he saw that. Then he left that around 10 minutes on the flor. He walked by that garbage with his hands empty so many times before finally deciding to pick it up!
