Inside you really feel like you're in Ireland. There is a large outdoor terrace of which one is open and the other one is enclosed. Also, this neighborhood reminds me a little of the UK/Ireland as well. It's dog friendly :), but also smoke friendly :(. The smoke really ruins the interior by changing the color of the walls and ceiling and should be stopped. It's also a contributor to climate change which isn't good either. Ivana Tkalčića, which is the main street of Zagreb's nightlife. We sat on the terrace with a nice view of the street full of tourists for a break. The location is nice, it will most likely be nicer in the evening... the mise en place is simple and the service is good. The waiter also spoke English and we understood each other. They gave me coffee without water. Usually they gave standard water by coffee when you order.Its a trick they do that if you ask they will charge mineral water bottle. For the rest it's nice place to sit in the sun. Sun, beer and friendly service! The menu consist of every drink, beer and shot you’d like. It’s situated in a nice street, it’s perfectly suited for big groups. Furthermore, it’s got flatscreen showing sports and what not. Big up! Canadian visitor just walking by and decided to come in for some cocktails. Nice glassed in patio. Good mix of music. Reasonable prices. Stood at the bar for a couple of minutes and even though there was a barman behind the bar and the pub was virtually empty he totally ignored me. Consequently, I walked out. Would never return to an establishment with such rude, ignorant and arrogant bar staff. Perfect place for a cold beer. But of course I can pay 6€ for coffee and fanta. Honey if you can not work, quit your job. Nobody asked you can you or can not do something. You are paid to do your job, no not to do. Disgusted🤢 I took my own water A sports pub in a very good spot in Zagreb. Service was quick and smooth. A little bit more expensive than other pubs around, but still worth it. Showed 2 different football games at once, which was really nice as well. In the end they charged us full price and even lied that’s 500ml beer cost 6.20€. We paid 10.40€ for 2 beers… we even leaved tips and I checked later how much it’s actually cost because 6.20€ - 20% is not 5.20€ !!! It’s not about money, it’s at all but respects toward customers!!! They thought we are foreigners, but we lived in Zagreb and known to read Croatian ! The bar tenders if they ever show were rude and it felt like they figured doing their job was a chore. I had to wait over 30 minutes to order and later to get my drink. If you can find another place. But the music is good enough.
