Man kann auch auf den Turm steigen von da hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Umland Eine der schönsten Aussichten im Wolfhagener Raum, der Weg hoch ist etwas steil aber Kurz und gut zu laufen, oben erwartet einen eine gut erhaltene Ruine die Außergewöhnlich groß ist, gerne hätte ich diese Burg einmal in ihrer vollen Bracht gesehen. Aber die Ruinen lassen sich ein gutes Bild machen, oben auf dem höheren der beiden Türme hat man eine wahnsinnige Aussicht. Sehr eindrucksvoll. Sehr gute Führung. Super Top Gut erhaltene Burgruine. Man kann den Bergfried besteigen und hat eine tolle Aussicht. We visited as part of a 14km treck where we reached the castle ruins shortly before the end. The ruin was an excellent surprise, it's in pretty good shape for a ruin and the information signs set around the site help give you a feeling for how life there may have been. In the main part ruin you will find a steel staircase to the top of the tower with an amazing 360 deg. view. A great place to visit. Really cool to see the ruins!!
