On Saturday, 02.03. 2024, at around 14:45 I ordered a chicken Burger Menu that costed around 13 Euros. After a long wait of over 15 minutes (and I was the only customer at that point in time), I was given the food without a Myo or other sauce. Upon inquiry, the a lady at the Kasse told me that Myo or other sauce was not part of the Menu !!! She showed me a long list of small-font instructions. I did not want to pay extra for the myo. The staff made me so nervous that I left the food at the counter and left ….A minus 10 for the staff !!
