I cannot say that I would this restaurant. The food is quite average - not particularly tasty, though not bad either. Take a look at the burger; it doesn’t even appear appetizing. The beer is served in smaller quantities than expected. The restroom is extremely small, and the faucet only provides cold water, which is especially uncomfortable during the colder months. On the positive side, I can highlight the quick service. Stopped in here for a late lunch/snack. The menu is very extensive and is peppered with amusing nuggets of information about beer! 😅 Sitting outside gives you the chance to watch people going by on the busy, pedestrianised street. We waited 40 minutes for the order to arrive, the waitress recommended multiple times to have some without telling us the price and after we checked that regular cost 3,40€, in less than 2 minutes we asked her if we could the with pub potatoes instead and the answer was absolutely no without even thinking or asking if it was possible. (They already made the in less than 2 minutes and they couldn't change?!) I saw they would bring the food to other tables that ordered after us, in less time than they served us but it wasn't possible to the fries? I'm sure the weren't even ready when we asked to change. We asked for ketchup and the waitress said ketchup mayonesse? So we said ok and she brought us ketchup and mayo in small bags and charged them 1,40 (or 1,50€ i dont remember exactly) EACH!!! This is the first time except from fast foods that they charge us for ketchup and mayo. In the end, when we asked for the bill, we paid in cash and we waited more than 10 minutes for the and when we asked the waitress for it she said she thought it was a tip...??! No we never told her to keep the or anything, but of course she wanted to keep it. Unbelievable unprofessional behaviour. We always leave tips when we visit other places but this time I'm sorry to say that was the worst service we ever had, we weren't satisfied with how she treated us as guests. We saw other waiters there running all the time but unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all with the one that served us. Overall, burgers were good, chicken had too much paprika in the minced meat. Nice and cozzy place for lunch. Food is tasty, choice of food and drinks. Professional stuff. Only minus point are the toilets, very small and not as clean as it should be. Still, i can this olac. Our family of six truly enjoyed our dining experience at ozujsko pub. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. Seating is comfortable and our service from Luka was the best we have had since living and traveling in Europe the past 4 years. Our kids all got different burgers and loved each bite. I had a veggie and grilled veggies instead of 10/10. My husband got a platter recommended by Luka and was glad he did. Thank you for this perfect dining experience. A great place is currently advertising and is called Kozel. Despite the busy hour, they quickly found us a place for four. Admirations for the waitress - smiling, quick, with a sense of humor, explains well and takes care of everything. The food was extremely tasty and quickly prepared. Try the cream of mushroom soup and the blood sausage, you will be enchanted. I the restaurant! We will be back again! Wanted to warm up so I got the tomato soup and orahovac. Nice atmosphere. Food was ok. Very quiet, is made out of frozen stuff and my dessert cappucino was only a cold shot of espresso with a big layer of foam on top and i mean full on foam like a bubblebath. They didnt offer to make a new or refund even though they admitted to not knowing how it's supposed to be made. Seems funny to me. Wouldn't recommend, there is a much better place right next to it. Overall, the quality was nowhere near worth the price. Definitely would not recommend. Food is amazing. I ordered the Zagrebacki Odrezak (kinda like cordon bleu) with a side of vegetables. The grilled vegetables were simply superbly delicious. The generous amount of cheese filling in the main dish oozes out when I cut and it is quite too.
