Honest club house for a very underrated golf course. My home Golf club for over 54 years. Friendly staff and members with magnificent views over the harbour, town and all the way up the East coast. Great spot to see Aberdeen town centre and the harbour area. The lighthouse can be seen from here as well as Tory Battery. Very nice to come here for a walk on a sunny day and to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of parking places close to Coast Road or at Tory Battery. Great place for a night out with lovely views over Aberdeen,fantastic food by take 5 on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, lovely roast dinner on Sunday lunchtime. For those who like bingo, they have sessions on Wednesday and Saturday evening , great entertainment on a Saturday night and special events on a Friday night. Guests are welcome and need to sign in, the lounges can be booked for private events and with spectacular views over Aberdeen harbour and the surrounding city it is a lovely place, friendly staff add to the atmosphere Nice wee sandy beach just along from Girdle Ness Lighthouse. Wonderful to watch the visiting dolphins and local wildlife such as kestrels and skylarks Popped in to ask about a function, lovely staff, function room looks fab! Holds about 60 odd.... caterers or bring own food. Use the bar. £100 returnable deposit if no damage. Do available for £160... impressed!!! Will be booking!!!! Fantastic challenging course, lots of blind holes and a very undulating/ hilly course. Suitable for all abilities and a challenge for all levels of golfer Course is playing amazingly well, greens are like ice so watch out!
