This is THE WORST place I have ever been. My friends who were with me, have similar disastrous opinion. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW! We had to wait MORE THAN 1 HOUR! None of the 2 ladies speaks English. They haven’t told us that the service will be so slow. They haven’t warned us that the capacity of their kitchen is 1 meal per 20 minutes. When they finally have brought out the meals, those were barely warm, almost cold. They forgot the tartare sauce from beside the fried cheese, and even when they finally brought it out, it was a small bag like what you get in a fast food restaurant. So, almost everything seems to be semi-finished food, and they are unable to prepare even those convenience foods in a timely manner. Obviously (I have seen this inside) 1 lady prepared all the foods, and I suppose she prepared the meat or fried cheese first, THEN the fried potato, so until the French fries got ready, the meat/cheese got cold. They also have brought out 1 additional dish, more than what we have ordered. We had to go to the counter, because when they finally brought the meals, they didn’t give us any cutlery. There was also some misunderstanding with the drinks. Disastrous! I don’t even understand how they survive. As for me, I think it would be a favor to humanity if they would cease their operation completely. Honestly, this place is horrendous. Just to be fair, on the plus side, they have lots of toys for small children and swing and see-saw. At least my son was able to keep himself busy with the toys for more than 1 hour during the time we had to wait for our meals. Good food, friendly people - recommended! Určite neodporúčam prišlo nás 15, najprv sme si objednali nápoje na ktoré sme niektorý čakali vyše pól hodiny jedlo im trvalo strasne dlho všetko polotovary. We arrived, two of the waitresses who spoke English kindly helped with the menu and we were able to order without any trouble. The atmosphere is amazingly cozy with a variety of local paraphernalia and lovely smiling waitresses. When the food arrived we were happy to find some of the best traditional Slovak food we've had on our trip, particularly the soups were probably the best I've ever had. Easy to make in big numbers. Maybe it was not the main season and thely don't expect hungry guests Sunday 2 pm. Everything is great its look good BUT i don’t get food in the time while some get faster the same food. In the food i found GLASS SHARDS!!! The emplolyees can’t speak English after they wanted charge us with 70 EURO!! While we eat for 30 euro. Don’t come here its SUCK!!! On top of that these have old dangerus toys. They don’t even have card pay. I DON’T recommend this bad restaruant! Everything expensive and its have small foods!
