I had a back relaxing massage there and I also enjoyed the different hot pools. It was fine but I found it too expensive. Great place, great spa, great restaurant, superb food Searching for a hotel in Normandie (during peak season on 1 day notice) with a pool and not too far from a Tesla Supercharger (Caen) we ended up here, in a "dunes view" room at Eur 179 incl. breakfast. Great experience: friendly staff, nice clean room with great view (dunes, beach), breakfast, nice terrace with dunes view and drinks service - and of course the wellness (indoor pool) area. An outdoor pool would have been nice as well, but you can't have it all. With Ouistreham being quite central in Normandy (somewhere between Honfleur/Le Havre on one side and Saint Mere Eglise on the other side - with all the D-Day beaches and memorials nearby, we view this as a place to be for a 4 day Normandy stay. We arrived to find we were a week earlier than we booked? What a mistake to make that I’m sure we will laugh about for some time. Nadia was fantastic, she sorted it all out with a smile and a laugh. What could have been a big problem when the hotel was very busy was nothing to worry about and our family holiday was saved. The hotel and spa facilities were very as well and we all had a lovely time. Very food, super nice staff, right on the Beach. We had a great weekend! Lovely Hotel, great location, friendly staff. Posh toilets 😊 The meals are excellent !! The room is and of course it's covenient to have your hotel and your spa in the same buildings.. Booked this weekend at Thalassothérapie Thalazur Ouistreham and didn’t regret it at all! A warm welcome received from the stuff. Enjoyed the services around the pool area, gym and breakfast of course! 💯 recommended to relax body and mind too.
