Honestly one of the friendliest, best organized, and most chill centers I’ve had the pleasure to with. The skipper, organizer, and instructor are top notch. We felt so well taken care of - even if the water conditions could’ve been better, that’s out of everyone’s control - with facilities and a dessert and coffee in between dives. Great vibes and I left with a smile - can only recommend this kind and group of people. We dived with them for 3 days, really professionals and all the equipment is perfect. The Dori Wreck is and we even did a night there. We tried to do an offshore but the sea conditions were not and they returned us the money, they were incredible and super reliable. I would highly recommend this center! Celia, Sian & Andrea were top! I had a good time with the guys here! We did two to two nice spots. With 9 divers and two guides we split into two groups. The equipment was good and the overall was great! In the small break between the they offered tea, coffee and some small snacks. Milton was a guide! And our skipper showed us some interesting things during the boat ride and gave us some more tips on what to do on the island after the dives. We were with this outfit for 3 days and they are awesome. Very responsive on WhatsApp where we got to ask many questions prior to booking and during our stay as well. They also helped us with our sightseeing questions as well as restaurant recommendation. Staff is super friendly. Amazing! This was a 10/10 experience! The team is super and friendly, making every feel easy and fun. The sites were — especially Dori was full of life and variety. The island is so divers and offers interesting structures above and under water. So much fun through the arches and little caves. But the absolute highlight for me was the Deep Specialty course with Paulo – I learned so much and it gives me so much more confidence with my skills. Thanks Paulo, especially for the “princess treatment” from start to finish 🤩😉 Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to be back for some more nice fishies 🤗 This sits high on my list of centers for their very high quality equipment and professionalism! I was very nervous in the Atlantic as I am very used to >25C temperature, and I have never dove with a 7mm suit before. After the second I still trembled, but I could have trembled more without their full attention to help me suit up and prepare. I think our guide was Paolo and the staff on duty was Sara (sorry if I names remember wrong). Very very attentive and communicative, they maintained a cheerful ambience while giving me a lot of confidence in them for safety. We did two boat near shore which we reached using a rib boat. I am not a fan of the climb up the boat while carrying my full equipment. I had the pleasure of completing my OWD course under the guidance of an excellent instructor, Paulo. He combines professionalism with incredible calm and a sense of humor. Thanks to him, from the very first you feel confident and completely safe. The course was a perfect mix of learning and pure joy while exploring the volcanic reef. It definitely wasn’t my last with this team! 🌊🤿 Une équipe au top et une superbe ambiance! Se han adaptado a las características que iba buscando de buceo además de ser muy simpáticos y atentos en todo momento. Si volviera a bucear aquí no dudaba en volver a bucear con ellos!! Fuimos recomendados por unaamiga que vive aquí en Sao miguel y la verdad es que fue una muy buena experiencia , los dos spots de buceo muy buenos , material ,explicaciones y trato fantasticos . Mencion especial para Paolo, que fue nuestro guia, llevabamos algo de tiempo sin bucear y en la primera inmersion mi pareja tuvo algunos problemas con los oidos , se puso algo nerviosa y la situacion se complico un poco , el en todo momento estuvo allí para carlmarla, darle instrucciones y todo lo que necesitara , al final de la primera inmersion nos quedamos algo mareados ya que hacia mala mar, al salir se preocupo por ambos y luego en tierra no teniamos muy claro si hacer la segunda o no pero después de hablar un rato con el y dejar que el cuerpo descansara , nos animamos a la segunda , esta segunda fue rodada , el spot del barco hundido increible y definitivamente le agradecemos que nos ayudara a decidirnos a no abandonar. Con toda esta charla quiero resumir que cuando la situacion se complico un poco siempre tuvo calma , paciencia y nos ayudo y cuando la segunda lo disfrutamos , nos felicito y lo disfruto con nosotros , ese es el resumen perfecto de lo que hace un buen guia y demuestra que le apasiona su trabajo , gracias por hacernos disfrutar del buceo. El resto de tripulación tambien fueron muy amables en todo momento , sin duda algun dia volveremos ❤️🙏🏻🔝 Milton ha sido un gran instructor, muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. El barco Doris vale mucho la pena verlo, tiene una gran vida marina: barracudas, meros, triggerfish, nudibranqueos… Una inmersión ideal para un Open Water, ya que el pecio está a menos de 20m de profundidad. As a disabled dive, I dove one week with 2 instructors from Azores center. It's become my best experiences amount my 7 years world history. They not only provide trainings but also fun 🫧 underwater tours and hints how to improve your technique! First class service deserves my highest recommendations ! It was a perfect combination class they set up for me to have a small refresher as a certified diver and still get to go along and Kale’s first time with going diving. 10/10 and highly recommend!! I learned so much from these dives. I am a new diver with only 6 and the way they do the briefings reminding everyone about the rules and how it works was great! The spots amazing, especially Doris ship wreck! I will for sure come back not only to Azores but to the too! Excellent instructors and crew. We did 5 with Acordiving and they were professional, super nice, chilled and knowledgeable. The equipment was all good quality and well maintained. Everything you want from a centre. As a company they were responsive by email (thanks Celia), our refresh with Andre was relaxed and reassuring and he was a guide on our first two dives. In fact, all the instructors / guides, masters in training, skippers were all really helpful and and happy to share their knowledge about in other locations as well. Smooth and operation with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Definite effort to try and diversify the spots as long as the sea conditions allow. Small groups in the water. Recommended ! I did 10 with Azoresdiving, all guided by Lois, one of the best guides I’ve ever had. The team kept track of every site and made sure each was different. Highly recommended! This is the best and overall I have had so far in 20+ dives. They are professional, friendly, safe, and provided both a fun and informative experience. Equipment for rent is not torn or threadbare like many other shops I have been with. They offered full body wet suits w/hoods that kept my partner and I warm in November. They are also incredibly accommodating - even going so far as to take underwater pictures and movies, setting up the perfect scene under a volcanic arch for me to propose to my now fiancè! Even surprised us with chocolates when we returned to the dock. Second was even better than the first with numerous fish and interesting open shipwreck. Even if you are not especially comfortable underwater, they will take care of you. Did 4 in 2 days, each on different spot. Crew is very and enthusiastic. All are well prepared and explained. Good gear without any flaws. Just a company on a wonderful island. Hope to come back soon! We completed our Open Water Diver Certification here, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, and the instructor was highly experienced and skilled. We felt and well cared for throughout the course, while also gaining a lot of knowledge. Our fantastic instructor, Andre, took care for us to understand and practice essential safety skills (such as removing and replacing the mask underwater, removing and reinserting the regulator, air sharing, out of air scenarios, etc.), which made us feel confident and secure during our subsequent two dives. Thanks again for the excellent training and unforgettable experience! very friendly, everything was prepared by the masters, they adapted to each diver's capacities and experience. two nice spots where I could see many differnent fish species. can only recommend this Wonderful experience! Did two with friends, guided by the professional, friendly, attentive Paulo which made us feel the whole time, and showed us eels, a huge grouper, sea-stars! The entire team was friendly, chatty, attentive, and gave us Mulatas, and drinks between the dives! I really recommend for great, professional, safe, friendly, :) Hands-down the best we have ever been at. Equipment is well kept, sites are exciting, boat is of good size, and the base has everything you need. However, what really differentiates this base are the people working there: Literally everyone is so nice that you get the strong urge to go out with them for a beer after the dive. Feeling cold between dives? No worries, you get a new dry wetsuit free of charge and a cup of tea. Feeling not well at the day? They will just reschedule you without any issues. You are afraid of elements of your or are a beginner? They will assist you more closely, go through the in more detail or just adapt the plan if necessary. We originally planned to go for one trip but ended up planning our whole holiday around with them, as it was just straight up amazing. Trust me, I come from westphelia - we usually do not make compliments but here it is well deserved! Happy diving! P. Fatima did a work with us refreshing the basics and helped me gaining my confidence back.
