Helpful, courteous staff, and there has always been someone working with whom we can communicate as they understand, and speak a little English, but helpful if you have at least a little Portuguese. The coffee shop and snack bar in the store makes a good espresso, pastries, and light meal options. Alway a go to for home owner needs. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. My ability to speak Portuguese is limited, but they always make sure I get what I need with value. It's a one stop shop it has everything you can imagine just like a department store and much more!
