There are four large with warm water, each with different depths. It’s worth booking in advance as they allow a limited number of people per slot. The staff was a bit rude though and lots of hidden charges (5€ for a towel but also 20€ as a deposit, 2€ for locker and 1€ for 😅). Definitely worth a visit! Beautiful territory and the themselves are small but pleasant and comfortable. We visited in low season, so there were not many people inside. I’m giving one star because of the service. At the entrance we were blocked by a security guard who behaved as if he was guarding a high-security military base. When I asked whether the place was open, he gave me a very short “yes” — and then just silence. When I asked if we could go in, another short answer: “no.” More silence. When I asked why, he replied that could only be bought online. Fine, we bought for 12:00 — it was around 11:40. The gloomy gentleman then told us that we should have bought for 11:30 if we wanted to enter immediately, and now we had to wait until 11:55. So we waited. Next was a girl who gave us the wristbands and checked our tickets. We hoped we could finally enter, but no — we had to scan the again at another machine at the gate. My goodness, this really felt like entering a restricted government facility, not thermal pools! And that wasn’t all. Inside the gift shop you have to pay extra for absolutely everything: towels, lockers, hot showers — even soap in the shower. Total allowed for visiting, including changing clothes, is 1 hour 30 minutes. I honestly don’t know if I can recommend this place. We left with very unpleasant impressions of the service. Yes, there is a sign saying that must be purchased online, but we were tourists on holiday — relaxed and not very attentive. The staff were definitely not overloaded with visitors to justify such an attitude. I truly don’t understand the purpose of having a security guard at the entrance at all. A friendly, customer-oriented ticket-checking employee could easily handle relaxed, inattentive tourists — and in a much more polite and professional way. Wow! We went at night and it was amazing.
