Am reușit să intrăm în curtea bisericii, deși eram un pic nesiguri dacă era proprietatea cuiva și ne temeam că cineva ar putea să ne certe pentru că am intrat, dar, din fericire, nu a ieșit nimeni. Am admirat-o din exterior, am făcut câteva poze și, deși ușa era închisă, am reușit să vedem câteva detalii din interior prin geamuri – câteva tablouri și picturi. Ne-am bucurat că am avut ocazia să vedem acest loc cu istorie, chiar dacă doar pe dinafară. Old sec. XI-XII Fantastic site in an n out of the way place. We were lucky that the caretaker saw us and have us a personalized tour. Interesting Roman carvings incorporated into the church. Awesome antique building Interesting piece of history. Somehow unique because of its shape. As of august 2021 it is under renovation, some roof repairs, I think. It worth visiting also because there is a small park, some benches and it is a quiet place. In the same garden there is a bigger wich has some antiques stones embedded in its walls. Very interesting. It says the oldest rock in Romania. Very small, the same with Ramet Monastery. It is difficult to reach it because the road sighn named it Roman Chapel. Visited here in April 2009 with Bingham Discipleship group and helped do some building restoration in the grounds (not to this building). Was an intriguing place and would have loved to have been able to go inside. 4 stars for the (from outside) 0 stars for administrator.
