Rooms have uneven floors specially the bathroom, the water from the shower gets in the room. Coffe machine didn't work or has bad taste. The soap in the bathroom was already used. Meaning the room wasn't properly cleaned. If you book for a big group of people (friends) expect to sleep in the same beds or sofa as most rooms have only 1 queen size bed to share. The walls are very thin, you can hear the couple next door having a 3 hour blast. We never slept there but we did enjoy a day there beautiful place to relax nice pools to relax in and beautiful views One star is too much. Our room was very dirty, food is bad, water in the pool is dirty. Please stay away from this hotel. well , never accept apartament! accommodatio is maybe 1* ! i think they dont clean the rooms properly, found hair for a whole wig plus toilet dirty ! we accepted to stay just because had no other option ! really they need to a big refresh from lobby to rooms ! food : from 4 ppl 2 of us had next day food poisoning from carbonara and beens dishes! awfull experience when supposed to be a nice holiday ! single plus is the pool even is smells very strong a chlorine! never again if the owners dont invest in this place to improve everything in this place . Horrible swimming pools. They pump industrial quantities of chlorine into the water hoping to annihilate what otherwise most probably could become the breeding grounds of the next pandemic. The food is disappointing and the older staff rude. Not worth visiting. Our room has not been cleaned for at least one month! This place does not deserve 4 stars!
