On a quick trip to Adazi we stopped at the Kebab Factory to get some lunch. The Kebab wrap I had gotten was very delicious and the wrap was a very good portion size. The price matched the portion size and the service was very quick. I recommend the Kebab Factory. I was so happy to find the food from my hometown Rotterdam: the kapsalon. Unfortunately this one was an insult to the late inventor of the kapsalon. Unless you like a cold meal with unmelted cheese straight from the package. I tried to ask to heat it up but no one cared about the food they are serving. Also one recommendation for the music: if the employees like it so loud maybe return speakers inward. Awful atmosphere not friendly staff who never greets you or being nice to you l, we have been waiting fries for 20 minutes which in the end we never received. I would avoid this place if you don’t want to get any negative energy 😊 Burgers steak didn’t tasted good, fries were too soft, not fried enough. Absolutely delicious food. I am a frequent client. However, it is ABSOLUTELY unfair to prioritize in person orders over online orders after taking customers' money and not delivering in a timely manner! It is unprofessional and rude! I am STILL waiting 2.5 hours after I placed my order (that is non-refundable online)!!!! I've been following the order which has gone thru 3 different couriers!! I could've cooked and eaten dinner at home by now! And I cannot refund money. Unacceptable! Taste food, very very very fast service. It took about 2 minutes to start to eat, after I ordered my meal. Giro plate was very delicious, good portion size, balanced and fresh vegetables. And music... The JBL speaker was turned on, and it played a mix of different songs, giving the place a delightful youthful vibe... a cool spot, if I ever pass by Adaži, I'll definitely drop in. A place with a very good location, but recently the quality of food (kebab) has fallen, if earlier in kebabs the was distributed along the entire length of the kebab, now all the goes to the very bottom and then remains in the back of it, also quite often there are no sauces and you have to take the standard one, my opinion is described only in relation to kebabs since I eat them mainly in this establishment. Ordered a kebab box with chili mayonnaise and they put me sweet chili sauce. When I asked for a different they refused to remake it and just put the right on top and all the food was soaking wet. The third time this has happened to me!
