I bought some fish here with my son, very professional. The personnel not the fish Anything and everything you want for salt and fresh water fish! You can visibly see that many rabbits in this center are sick. Many are sneezing with runny noses, and they have one-sided parasitic ear infections — this is coming from someone with a decade of experience in rabbits. These sick rabbits are being sold to anyone and everyone without appropriate caretaking. Staff were informed but clearly do not have enough rabbit knowledge. Please purchase your animals elsewhere, this is a joke and I feel horrible for these animals. The one stop shop for every animal need. Plus the bonus is their gorgeous in-house kitties that are sometimes roaming the store! 😍 Spectacular! The selection is great but it's the horrible employees that keep me away. These people are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. I went there with my husky and blind little mutt and the employees stared at me like I was a problem. The when I set my basket on the register belt the cashier refused to unpack it. On another occasion the man cashier (the hefty one with glasses who is the worst of all of them) told me to put my basket back. The few times I asked for help my question was met with a heavy sigh or an eye roll. Also, they participate in the over breeding and sale of small mammals like rabbits and guinea pigs, I'd expect them as animal lovers to organize with a local shelter to get pets adopted. I recommend Fressnapf in Wildau as they are always lovely to me, my daughter and my dogs. Wow. What an awesome petshop. Please visit and support them as this has blown my mind.
