You can try almost everything - they have a long bar with grappas, liqueurs and some fruits under alcohol where two or three very polite staff who know their spirits very well are offering you to try everything for free. If you don't drink alcohol you can have an apple juice degustation 😀. They also have water stations for people who like to clean their palate between the different spirits. They have (very clean) public bathrooms as well.
