One of the Top rateds in Gavazzo Cascate del Varone is a must-see natural attraction near Lake Garda. While it can get crowded, the experience of witnessing the powerful waterfalls inside the mountain is worth the visit. Arrive early or visit during the off-season to avoid crowds. Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes as the paths can be wet and steep. The temperature inside the tunnels is significantly cooler than outside, so consider bringing a light jacket. Allow at least 1-2 hours to fully explore the area. The power of the water is incredible! A truly unique and unforgettable experience. Wear good shoes, the paths are very wet and slippery! Amazing to see the waterfalls from inside the mountain. Definitely worth a visit, but try to go early to avoid the crowds. I think this is a place you can't miss in a lifetime. The is extremely pleasent and can't be morne thankful for visiting it. While going up for the there are a lot of things to see, a lot of flowers and a very big diversity of plants. The view from all over the trail is and all I can say is that the place is extraordinary. We had a parking right next to the place, so it was very convenient for us. They have toilets in 2-3 spots on the way, which are cleaned very often by teenagers, which impressed me. They don't require any money and there are some messages like that the best tip you can leave is clean after yourself, which is a very interesting message, let's hope it helps. All in all, don't miss this place, trust me, you will never regret it! On the way out there is a shop where you can buy different gifts. If you don't want to get wet you can buy a from them, which is quite good and it will help you later also. Worth visiting if you are in the area. It’s only one in a but it’s huge. Take your poncho from home or buy one for 2.5 at the entrance. The is a splashy one as it is hitting the walls of the so very misty up close. Parking is free. Cascate del Varone has to be seen when in Riva del Garda. It's just over a 15 minute walk from Riva Autostazione to the collection point for the shuttle bus and is well worth it. If you don't have a waterproof coat you can buy a poncho at the entrance for a few euro, you will need it. A illuminated that flows down through a on a mountain above Riva del Garda. Stunning!!! Wonderful waterfalls that passing through the cave. You can live the nature in this place A botanical garden that happens to have a massive in it. Of course for most people the highlight is the waterfall, which is impressive but it is clear to see that there is an amazing amount of time and effort spent on the flowers and plants in the gardens. Everything is well labelled and well worth spending some time to appreciate before getting wet. When you do go to see the waterfall, you will get wet. In the summer time it’s not too bad as you dry out pretty quickly when the sun is out but they do sell plastic ponchos in the shop if you need them. There are more impressive waterfalls but never seen one in a like this one before. Worth a trip for a couple of hours but recommend getting there early if you want to park the car - we left at 1100 and there were many cars driving around trying to find a space. What a lovely place to visit! It sounds like there's a natural to enjoy, which is always a treat. I'm also intrigued by the mention of archid gardens; they must be stunning to walk through. The convenience of having a toilet on-site is definitely a plus, ensuring a comfortable for visitors. It's always smart to be prepared, and a is a great idea for a visit to a waterfall. Considering the mist and potential spray, staying dry will make the whole more enjoyable. Packing the will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the site without being bothered by the weather. I hope you have a wonderful time exploring this natural wonder! Amazing waterfall, I recommend taking a because you'll get wet for sure. The looks pretty awesome. But it's not a big park, just a small walk up to 2 viewpoints where you can get a bit wet from the spray and admire the power of the water. And that's it. A nice stop when going to or passing by Riva. It is very and enjoyable, from when you enter you can see various kind of plants, and there is 2 picnic areas which give alot of space, well organized, is very beautiful, remember to take nylon cover from the ticket place as the lower and upper caves splashing water all over Nice place for a 1-1,5h break. You can see and almost touch the waterfalls (which will get you wet, so you need extra cover, or you can but it for 3EUR). A lot of nice plants inside, free and clean toilets. Free 2h parking next to the place, but sometimes you need to wait for free space. We really enjoyed our experience. The was very impressive to see. The path is surrounded by all kinds of plants and flowers, there are picnic areas and ambient music. Overall, it gives the impression that a lot of effort was put into this small but promising park. The entry fee is reasonable. You should definitely bring (or buy) a proper if you plan to see the up close - trust me, the "rainproof" jacket won't be enough. The waterfalls and the are really amazing, and the mountain cliff background is just adding to it. Bring Amazing place with nature and impressive waterfalls. Well-organized walking paths and great spots for photos and enjoying the sound of the water. A peaceful and scenic — definitely worth visiting! Nice and place. waterfall. You must take a waterproof cloths and maybe some dry cloth for later if you spend too much time in a next to the waterfall. The only issue I had with this place was its size. Not gonna lie, on their website this place was looking much bigger. I was a little bit disappointed. It’s pretty small „park” with every attraction next to each other, and you can finish your trip after 15 minutes. Every other aspect of this place is great anyway. You walk easily up to the upper or straight to the lower in a midst of a calm Zen Garden. Surrounded by Zen music and colorful lights. It’s accessible to strollers and a rain coat and closed shoes are a must. and very recommended! Wonderful in here. The views from the balcony is amazing. Visiting the caves from inside was also a super fun experience…we were totally wet!
