We had a and tasting with our three teenagers. The was interesting and thorough—we had the whole place to ourselves and were treated like royalty. My husband and I had a few favorite vintages, like their Malagousia and Kratistos—wow!! A new discovery for us both are hallmarks of Grecian wine! The beauty shop “Miss Wolf” carried a variety of products from grape origins, like aromatic lotions, colognes, body oils and even candles. A must see if you’re in Athens or on Evia Island, Greece. I really loved their Grenache rosè, it was exceptionally good. I'm not a big rosė fan but this was suprisingly moreish. But also their aghiorgitiko red was excellent too, really top grade flavours. A must visit if you're on the island. Quite a disappointment… we went to this winery and as we arrived the lady was talking on the phone. While we waited for her we looked around at the little shop at the entrance and the selection they had. When she finished she took us inside and started telling us about the history etc. of the winery. Then she asked us what we wanted and we told her but she seemed confused as if she didnt know. We even told her what platter we wanted and there again she wasnt sure if they offered this. She went back on the phone and left us for about 5 minutes. So we waited around again. When she came back she asked us again about what deal we wanted and it seemed like she just wanted to just give us 2 glasses of which cost 9€ each where the one “basic deal” was to try 4 wines at the price of 18€. And then she left again to supposedly ‘cancel’ our bruschetta platter and she disappeared for almost 15 minutes! We got tired and quite annoyed with waiting all this time just for a simple and tasting that we left. We found her again on the phone at the entrance and an assistant of hers that didnt even take over or assist us while we were waiting.
