Momentálne je tu výstava na tému Mucha a folklór, oplatí sa vidieť...❤️ Super We got the mud bath, mirror pool and dry wrap. It wasn’t expensive, but the staff were not good. There was no one at reception so we had to look in every room till we found someone. They never explained what to do and we were left in the 40degree mud pool for an unhealthy amount of time. At the end we were told we were getting a dry wrap, but the staff put a sheet over us and left without saying anything else Super personal. We visited the reception of this Spa with a friend of mine to ask about which procedure to visit as walk-in guests. We were interested into the mud pool. A very arrogant and patronising young gentleman at the reception with round glasses on told us, that there are many of the procedures there and pushed a brochure under our nose. My friend started to look into the brochure opening it in the middle and the gentleman said by his patronising voice: "It would be better, if you start looking from the beginning of the brochure". We are sorry, that the gentleman "woke up by a wrong side of bed" or didn't enjoy his lunch during the midday, as we arrived around the time there. We rather booked the Mirror and Mud pools in the Irma Health Spa, where the receptionist was much more welcoming to the guests paying 25 euros each for those.
