Amazing facilities with great staff Spa Irma is absolutely amazing. It was my first visit and I absolutely felt royal. The interior is so beautiful. You can have a cup of coffee, beer or any food or drink you like on their menu. They have a sitting place outside as well as inside. The gardens outside are absolutely beautiful. it is nice for sure, but the biggest thermal bath in the world is in Germany and it only costs 1€ more. This one would be a mediocre one in Germany. Definitely not worth 70€ entrence. Only one traditional Sauna, not a big variety sadly. Clean and facilities, staff were friendly and helpful, but not worth €70 given the limited available. Likely given the cost, I had most of the to myself most of the time, which was a plus. We visited the Spa with a friend of mine for The Mirror and Mud pools. We enjoyed the stay in the spa as walk-ins and welcoming members of the staff at the reception and near the made our time enjoyable along with the experience in the pools. I would also recommend the spa café in the Art Deco style building. The lady was also very nice. The cakes were lovely too. The architecture is amazing too, for those, who love the Art Nouveau or Art Deco style. We only went for some procedures to this Spa facility, but were very satisfied , most of all with staff ( Mr Bernat on reception and all the massage and procedures providers - unfortunatelly I don ‘ t remember their names). Young people, good mannered, with great attitude. THANK YOU! Will come back for sure. Good spa experience. We had the mirror pool, mud pool and wrap. Reasonably priced at 30€. The poorest quality of service and I been to many spas. Also expensive For 70 euros, you can swim in three pools, use three different saunas, and that’s it. It’s absolutely not worth the price. If you have the chance, go to Hungary instead of this characterless spa. Even the cheap 10 euros option in Hungary is better than this.
