They count with multiple instructors that provide you the best and latest techniques in the game. Hygiene is also very important. I'm just very grateful for deciding to come here instead of other academies. I've been training more than a month It's fun to be able to roll in different countries. This spot is no exception. I was able to drop in for an open mat. The head instructor was super welcoming, and so were the students. Pleasantly supervised how many rolls I was able to get in. I'm a big guy, and sometimes there's a hesitation to roll with the big guy, but everyone here was eager to jump right in. They helped me get in some decent work while on vacation. A great environment to train in. Safe, clean, and awesome technique. Ever since the doors to this gym opened, it has become a solid fixture of the community in Innsbruck. Great instructors with plenty of competition experience across several major martial arts. Full classes with both men and women and genuinely a warm and vibrant group of people. There is a good variety in sparring as well - you'll find everything from more light, flow-focused rolls to intense technical exchanges. All in all, super friendly, high level club with a fantastic vibe. Can't wait to visit again. Didn't actually make it to the session I booked as I had food poisoning. I trained only for a couple of months but I enjoyed every minute of it. I had to stop training for the time being because of personal reasons but i can only recommend it for people who love the sport or want to try something entirely new because the guys really give it their all not just in the gym but also out of it when it comes to the members.
