Very beautiful small village. There is a restaurant with biological food and perfect view. There is a special place to take photos. Единственият минус е лошият път, другото беше на ниво! Селото е много красиво направено с любов и изключителен труд, бяхме очаровани! Персоналът също беше на ниво, благодаря за настроението! Beautiful in a picturesque corner of the country. The people on the team were enthusiastic and passionate about what they do and it shows – they walk you through the history and their efforts at restoring the place with a smile. The only thing that could do with some improvement is the road to the place – it’s an adventure for the brave if you don’t have an SUV, difficult to imagine how locals actually get around. The road is not as bad as some people make out. All in all well worth a trip! I loved this place from start to finish, picturesque, full of interest and breathtaking views in all directions. If you're in the Struma valley area you must visit. Our guide Sonia was superb and all the staff were great in the various houses. Brought us back to childhood fairy tale experience in life, we where informed and guided well. There is a lot to enjoy, an ancient church with vibrant colours and lca ush gardens. Shared knowledge about the ethnography of the region, herbs, food, customs. The whole of Belasitsa mountain is visible. Very beautiful with extremely nice staff. Visiting is a must! Добре са се постарали хората.Бяхме резервирали в ресторантчето за 14 човека и не ни беше обяснено,че има такса 20лв. за влизане в селото.Така и не се разходихме,тъй като жената ,която ни посрещна на площада,ни притесни няколко пъти,докато се храним с въпрос дали все пак не сме решили да си платим за разходка в селото.Оказа се,че ако не си платил тази такса,не можеш и да влезеш да си купиш от техните домашни продукти в някои от магазинчетата.Абе хубаво място,но с това плащане за разходка по общински улици,доста ни отблъсна. Нищо кой знае какво..става за 1 път Невероятно място. Препоръки, успех и до нови срещи. За мен това е късче от рая. Уникално място, приветливи хора, гледки, които спират дъха, място, откъдето не искаш да си тръгнеш🥰. The place is nice and really interesting. At different places staff welcomes visitors and provides additional information. Some of the staff is really nice but unfortunately not all. What must be improved is the road reaching Dolene. It is in catastrophic condition. Nothing working! Only coffee, 20 BGN for garden visit. Church closed. No water anywhere! Amazing place, the ice cream is one of the best I have aver tasted. Highly recommend to visit. The is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Food is top notch and the views are to die for. The whole is full of beautiful flowers, more than 80000 of them. The place is dog friendly on top of that. In short if you are in the region, add this to your trip list, it’s worth it. You all work with pleasure and think of all the details to make us feel cared for and relaxed. We enjoyed the wonderful views, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend you to everyone I communicate with, and we would be delighted to you again! It is a wonderful place indeed in the heart of the mountain, however the approach for collecting entry fee at the entrance of the is a bit agressive and I am also not sure how legal it is as the road is a common one. The fee is connected with a specific walking tour, there is a map and a group of guides, working there on a daily basis. You get to taste different things as part of the tour, bu honestly for me this as well is a bit strange as you don’t have the freedom to walk around by yourself. It is not about the money, probably as a regular you will leave even more than 20 BGN in the village, because it is a nice one, but the agressive sales approach at the entrance and at every corner of the is definitely not corresponding to the atmosphere of the village. At the end of the day, you can only go to the restaurant and to the church, the rest of sights are part of the guided tour. I left the place with mixed feelings, definitely strange set up.
