There's also a museum telling the story of king Samuil and his achievements, as well as two models of underground homes. Don't expect anything wow. Has small entrance fee and cute little shop. Don't expect anything grand in terms of monument, I mostly enjoyed the nature here. Great park and views but not much left from the fortress. A bit rusty...interactive devices don't work. You can eat nearby, tasty and cheap. Excellent fortress! The trees are also beautiful. Very well made, perfect for wheelchair access There is entry fee - 6 leva per person. Nothing much to see. The place seems like abandoned. I am quite disappointed considering the millions spent to build this place. Even if in nearby i would not visit this place again. The river which is nearby is a great place for a walk or picnic Great sight seeing, but closes too early. The elevators don't work so we had issues moving with our baby stroller. I ordered four items-neater,one came in the right way.The ice tea came cold but I ordered it room temperature which ,I was ok with that,every one makes mistakes.Then I expected the cucumber soup to come first but instead of that they brought me the main course first with out a fork.Once I asked for the soup after thirty minutes of waiting they told me they would check if they have it or not.Then the French fries with the cheese came with no cheese.And then I asked for the bill so they brought me it and asked me for the money right away ,before I even read the it.Do not spend your money in this restaurant!
