Greenkeeping could be done more responsibly. When courses were closed in all of Antwerp last Sunday, due to heavy rainfall in the past few weeks, Bossenstein was open and accepting greenfee players. Although I really enjoyed playing, I felt guilt for the damage that was done to tee boxes and the course in general. A course needs its rest. Beautiful golf course with 9 and 18 holes course. Nice restaurant and terrace everybody can visit for a drink and lunch. Only play this when it's been dry for at least a week or you'll be trudging through ankle deep mud and digging your drive out of the middle of the fairway. The greens were horrendous, but it was the beginning of the season after a particularly bad winter. Magnificent golf course. Park Land with mature trees. Hospitality, bar and restaurant service top.
