A pretty average experience. The is in general, some areas are starting to show some age but its safe and pretty well laid out. The dress up is and a nice addition. Food was a let down, took over an hour to arrive which is pretty poor considering its basic food - reasoning was they had a but there was no mention of the delay. Very nice place for kids..i took my son's birthday I booked the Space Room at the Dunstable branch for my twin boys’ birthday a month in advance. From the very beginning, I made numerous calls with question after question, and each the were unfailingly helpful and accommodating. We had been worried about having enough to set up decorations, but to our surprise, everything was beautifully arranged by the while we were seated and the enjoyed the area. I cannot thank the lady who assisted us enough—from welcoming us at reception to helping right through until the guests left. She tidied the room, helped cut the cake, and ensured we didn’t have to lift a finger. You were an absolute star! The room itself was the perfect size for our of 10 plus adults. Both the room and areas were clean and well maintained. The adult food options we ordered—the Veggie Platter (£20) and Pizza Platter (£15)—were delicious, and the children’s meals (nuggets and chips, cooked Halal upon request) were fresh and served with two types of squash and water, all included in the package. We also had a vegan meal for one guest, which was happily accommodated. There is free parking outside with additional overflow parking at the rear. The venue is wheelchair accessible, has an on-site café, and the staff’s exceptional hospitality truly made the day special. Thank you for a wonderful experience—we will certainly be back! This is a brilliant play! My 2 year old nephew burns off alot of energy and has so much fun. There is only one bad thing and it is the carpark bays and how small they are, not ideal for putting in and out of carseat etc. bet alot of cars get dinked :( Love this play, it’s clean, the food is good, my loved the role village. On my first visit there, unfortunately I got stressed with the whole parking situation. I ended up parking at the Lidl up the road which is only for 1 hour and a half. That’s why I’ve given it 4 stars! Overall, we will be back again, but I would make sure to go early for parking. Absolutely brilliant time, well organised and considering this was my first with my 17 month old daughter, had no expectations. I booked online and though I knew we wouldn't stay the full 2 hours, I didn't expect it to be so much fun with loads to do. Peak booking on a Saturday was £20 for 2 adults and under 2. You book a slot for 2 hours that is well organised, not chaotic and I'd say would be the right amount of to spend here. My daughter absolutely loved her first play, the only annoying thing was I could not figure out the maze to reach the top of the big slide! Definitely going back to beat this challenge! The also has an amazing mini village which my daughter loved, with a supermarket, bakery, pet shop, music shop etc and you could easily spend ages here too! Would definitely highly recommend! We went to attend a birthday and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Timing we attended today: 4.15pm The host name is Broke(I think) she did a wonderful job, was very kind and handled the and everyone very nicely.. Great place for children, just a bit pricey. Clean and tidy, perfect place for the to and explore Grandson had a great i did also on the big red slide, food was to well worth the 2 hours The place is amazing for free parking space, well it for buggy or wheelchairs , price nice people/stuff place for your little ones to enjoy a little time. I've visited this indoor playground three times with my child and each my child fell ill afterwards. If you're unlucky and it's overcrowded on the day you visit, there's a high chance your child will pick up something. Not a place I would recommend if you want to keep your child healthy. Definitely not recommended. I honestly have no idea how I managed to leave a 1 star review, this was a complete accident. I have changed this now to a 4 star review. I love the set up here, there's lots for the to do, we have two with a big age gape and there's activities that suit both ages. I especially like the dress up with all of the themed rooms, the dog groomers was a hit with our youngest. I would highly recommend going if you can. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review is because of the food service, it was unfortunately very slow, we ordered food for our at the same as our friends ordering, our friends were finished long before our children's food was ready and they left to go and play. At this point, our wanted to go and as well so they missed out on lunch. No around the areas to make sure basic hygiene rules are being followed by parents, saw with shoes on in the baby and when I asked them about it (as no around to do that ) they became aggressive and rude, found a stainless steel pet washing sink with sharp corners , very dangerous, I believe that hiring young with no experience or sense of responsibility towards health and safety is bringing profits for the owners and dangerous places for our children. Will look elsewhere next time. Expensive for the price of family of five person is better to have tickets in other places outside like zoo and we can enjoy more than in closed areas Booked today for my 2 years old daughter to play. When we went to the 0-5 years we’ve noticed that probably 7/8 years old were playing there with not even looking at them (There’s another are dedicated for of their age) I came down to reception to ask for someone from the to “check” and keep and eye on as of that age in a way that could be a risk for a 0-5 years old child and the answer was “it’s only 4 of us at the moment as it’s to early, at 12 there will be more and I’ll send someone to check on this” At 12:45 there was still no sign of controlling the or even keeping an eye on it, and I came back to reception to ask again as there were even more in that group and they were now playing football where even babies were trying to play, and again no telling them not to be there. This a member of the came around and started asking the to tell her their age, yes, the kids! Of course she left the 0-5 and these were still playing there and running around the babies trying to play. We left the place to never come back again. There’s a massive lack of responsibility from the and there seems to be all young people and no responsable at all. Completely unacceptable for a venue. Celebrated our little ones here, really amazing customer service by Sarah. She was so helpful and lovely. Had a stress free birthday and everyone seemed very happy! Will definitely book again 😁😊 Great but bring lots of hand sanitizer. Don't get me wrong, my love it and have a great time. But as a parent you look at the details such as cleanliness and general upkeep of the place. The toddler role was unfortunately really dirty and grubby. For the price you pay, you expect higher standards. Surfaces were covered with dust and the toys were old, worn, paint scratching off. Kitchen role but no food, cups plates etc. Everything sticky. This was first thing in the morning (9.30) so you'd think it would at least have had a wipe over. Given the amount of standing around at the front, you'd think someone could be allocated to wipe the surfaces over and make things look clean. This is for the youngest of babies and toddlers. I organized my child's here for the second but this compared to the first I was very disappointed. It was very crowded, disorganized, they did not let me have food or drinks from outside for certain who had special needs. I ordered one dish and they brought me something else. And the food leaves something to be desired. I was disappointed. clean spacious, and a selection of activities. The climbing structure was super fun. one of the best role section in the Absolutely amazing place for activities and fun, lovely and friendly will definitely recommend all kids. My love enjoyed coming this lovely place since 2020 Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star to be honest. I paid almost 300 pound for my son’s birthday today. Went out of my way to buy snacks for the adults as nothing wasn’t offered for them. We arrive at the venue the first thing the said is you will have to leave your food here as we don’t allow outside food in (I have been in communication with them numerous of times over the past few weeks and nothing was ever mentioned when booking). Even though you can bring in an outside cake? When I challenged them the young girl was back and forth with the manager and not even the young girl was aware of this “rule”. The manager didn’t attempt to come down and sort the problem out. The downstairs first and we was told our table was “over there” as a young boy points towards all of the tables. I had to ask someone to actually take us over to our table. We got to the table and it was put right in the corner and about 6 seats around the table with some juice on them. A 6 seater table for 14 and parents? All the were scattered and not many people could actually sit together. The then came over and said they have given us a free sandwich platter. This consisted of about 20 little rectangles of sandwich attempting feeding 14 and I had brought 3 trays of Costco wraps. We get to the room and there was nothing special about it, no table cloths on the tables and all looked very empty. The music then wasn’t working for about 15-20 mins so the were eating in silence while they attempted to fix this. To be honest I felt like the whole day was a shambles and it was actually quite embarrassing. I feel like the whole venue is run by young people and no professionalism at all. Don’t think I would be coming back even just for my child to play. Great day for my The food was not and cold the was not helpful at all.
