Visited for the new toddler sessions that are from 9.30am till 11.30am Great value as less than £10 for me and him to get in. They get free roam of the area where it’s open as some area are not suitable for toddlers. My boy loved every minute and I’m sure we will be back in no time. Also the were very welcoming and helpful. 5 stars 🌟 experience, wasn’t too busy for a summer holiday Sunday. Plenty of free parking available outside. Both kids and alike had fun. I would say one hour is probably More than enough for most. Has an indoor that serves cold slushies as well as fries, etc. We look forward to returning once again soon! Very fun. I don't going during half term or weekends if you're going with only adults. Bathrooms clean, attentive. *Sen review What a fab place to come to and extremely well trained staff. My son is autistic. We went off peak during the week as we knew it would be quiet. Manager asked my son if he wanted the music turned off, and he did. Very tentative and you can tell they have had sen training. Course is fab, one huge bouncy castle. With obstacles. To the side of the is an actual course like ninja warrior. Ticket cost is £13.95 Make sure you bring paperwork if you are a carer/dla Add socks £2 each Make sure you book online and in advance , sign waiver to save time. Lockers are free, just add a 4 digit pin. Cafe is reasonably priced! Cafe: £4.45 for a pizza £1.25 fruit shoot Will absolutely come again. MNinja Warrior-style activities are for both children and adults. They combine fun, fitness, and adventure, making them an exciting way to stay active. For Children: • Helps develop strength, coordination, and confidence. • Encourages problem-solving and perseverance. • Provides a fun way to exercise and burn off energy. For Adults: • A full-body workout that improves agility, endurance, and balance. • Great for stress relief and building resilience. • A fun and social way to stay fit. I definitely liked the place and was clean, well maintained. I would say it's mainly for kids, not so much for as there is one very small ninja course and the rest is just a bouncy castle. Anyway, had fun and would recommend. Super cool activity for kids & alike! Our son & his friends had a superb time, entry needs looking at as it took a fair to get booked in. It should have been a quick, smooth process but was very slow. I don't agree with the sock policy 'special socks', I don't think so. Same grippy socks as any trampoline park. Place was and well cared for. Highly & will be back. We went to the ninja toddler and my 2yr old enjoyed it a lot. The blueberry muffin from their is really good! The only downside is that the baby changing table in the female toilet is in an awkward position that’s making changing very difficult. Such a fun place - I would definitely go back! Tried it for the first and felt like a kid again. The obstacle courses were really well designed and gave my upper body a workout. The area for kids was a big hit too. Highly for birthday parties or just a fun day out. Can’t wait to visit again! Little one loves it but worth getting there early if you don’t want it too busy. It was good, but they need to install more lockers because at times they can be full and you will have to wait for a to end, for a locker to become available, Also their socks are not the best, they often slide of and the grip in not on the entire foot bottom, therefore not easy to grip. Definitely going off peak. It is nicer if you just buy tickets in advanced. Nice environment, and not too busy. (Went on a Monday at 1pm) An overpriced softplay. It has one small ninja course and the rest of it is a bouncy castle. Unfortunately, half the venue is used for the and reception area - so quite a waste of space. Not worth the 18gbp we paid off-peak. This place should really be priced around 8-10gbp based on its size and facilities. Small, over-priced, and geared to upselling you with food and drink products. It definitely does not live up to its name as a ninja course. This place is also quite small. We came on Friday at 2pm, so there were only a handful of people. But, I would imagine it is a horrible place to come on the weekend - I can tell that they don't really have the capacity to host probably more than 30 comfortably. However, my son was occupied for over an hour, and seemed to have fun; hence the 4 stars. Kids love it.. tickets can be expensive so look out for deals. Weekends tend to be busy and the loyalty stamps dont make sense, for e.g. two get one stamp, instead of two? -----response to NWUK---- Thanks for your message, I am aware that your loyalty cards are stamped by booking, thus my previous comment. I hope you fix this in the future as it is unfair and unethical. If you take money for two two stamps should be given. It is common sense ! I went with my son he’s 5 years old. The instructions were clear, customer service was top too. Varun assisted my son in many obstacles. We will definitely be returning. Thanks We visited mid week early in the day so it wasn't busy. There's plenty of parking outside. The centre is divided into two sections. On the left hand side is the course and the right hand side the more challenging course which is similar to that on the show. There's complimentary lockers to use and toilets on the ground floor. There's plenty of seating and also an eatery upstairs where they serve hot food, snacks and drinks. All in all was a day out and a fun experience. Watching Sasuke as a teen this was an experience that I highly recommend. My opinion...*Not for Adults*. Only children, I'd guess from around 8-16. Food and drink options are average also. Very Disappointing Customer Service – Would Not Recommend We had a 7pm booking at Ninja Warrior Watford yesterday and unfortunately, due to a major accident on the motorway, our 30-minute journey from Loughton turned into a 3.5-hour ordeal. We called ahead to inform the venue and our friends who were already there also updated them about the situation. While some of our group were able to attend, three of us were stuck in traffic and couldn’t make the session. We eventually arrived at 9:30pm, only to find the venue had already closed at 8pm. I spoke with the manager, Kelly, and was extremely disappointed by her rude and dismissive attitude. Despite the exceptional circumstances and the fact that we had informed them in advance, she bluntly refused to offer a refund or reschedule us for another session. For a large, family-oriented company, I would have expected more understanding and flexibility. Accidents and delays happen—good customer service means working with to find a solution. Sadly, Ninja Warrior Watford chose to do the opposite. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t this place to others who value fairness and respect. Toddlers was brilliant! Took my son for his 3rd birthday value and so much fun. The big bit is closed off as you'd expect but definitely enough for under 4's to do. Coffee is for a soft play and all reasonably priced. Would definitely go again 💗 We went to the 1st of the day and my son was 1 of only 8 there. Booked the 2 hour which included a free ice cream. were friendly, knowledgeable and when my son got hurt (accidentally, not NW fault at all) both managers that I spoke to (1 to get an ice pack, the other who walked past and noticed my son was uncomfortable) were helpful and concerned. Equipment was well maintained and clean, areas around seats and area all too. Didn't see a member just 'standing around' everyone was doing something, even cleaning the glass on the stairs between serving customers in the cafe. We've been a few times before and will definitely return. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday today with a 2-hour for her and three friends. Unfortunately, due to over heating ( no fault due to venue) my daughter became unwell and ended up collapsing. I can’t thank Grant and the team enough for their incredible support and quick response. They immediately brought over water and ice packs, and even sat beside her with a fan to help cool her down. They sat with us throughout the whole ordeal. Their kindness, care, and calm professionalism made all the difference during a really scary moment. Truly amazing service — we’re so grateful and look forward to coming back. I am writing to make a complaint as I booked and attended this morning 7th April at 10:00am with my 6 year old son in which we were both left disappointed and upset. Firstly, there was no football for the football pitch, this is my sons very part and when I asked a member of she gave me a tiny sponge ball which you could barely kick it was so small. She said she would ask the manager but clearly there were no more big balls available. Secondly, the ball on the swinging pendulum had been ripped off so we couldn’t play on that. Lastly, several areas of the park hadn’t been pumped up properly or were deflated causing my son to be sucked into a section and scaring him as he felt trapped, in which he then wanted to leave after only 30 minutes. As you can understand my son was extremely upset and I was also extremely disappointed with the above. I have sent ann official complaint email this morning that I hope will get a response. Our previous experiences have been but today was really poor and it will be hard to persuade my son to want to come again. fun for the kids and too fun, so exhausting! We took my son and his friend for a birthday treat. They both loved it and had a fantastic time! Both were exhausted by the end! The two different sections provided lots of interesting things for them to try. The were very helpful and the centre kept very and tidy. The system in place to ensure everyone makes the most of their slot works really well. They both want to go again!! Visited yesterday for the first time…2 x children 17 and 13 years …loads of free parking ….staff very welcoming …making sure we had everything we needed … we stayed in the upstairs …it was spotless…again were really lovely… the drinks / food is reasonably priced and delicious … we stayed 2 hours and all had a ..we Will definitely be returning.
