I do NOT recommend this place! After driving 10 hours, we decided to stop here for a meal — a huge mistake. Four of us waited 1.5 hours for our food. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, two meals finally arrived. The third came a bit later. As for me — I got my meal last, when the others had already finished eating. And what did I get after all that waiting? A piece of rubbery, completely inedible shashlik. Service? Zero. The was rude and claimed she had warned us about the wait time (she hadn’t). The place wasn’t even full — only two tables were occupied — so the delay was completely unjustified. The excuse? “A new chef.” Strangely, the exact same excuse was used two years ago. To top it off, the owner’s behavior was shockingly inappropriate. Without knowing the full situation, she lashed out at the only person in our group who didn’t speak English, even though she herself had no problem yelling back in Russian. If you’re looking for a circus, questionable service, and tough shashlik — this might be the place for you. Otherwise, save your time and money. 👎 Quite an interesting place not far from the road, if you are hungry I recommend visiting. I initially wanted to order another dish, but they said everything was sold out. Apparently it's a very popular dish. but we were satisfied with the dishes we ordered and were full. the cold borscht was very tasty, a good portion, although it seems small in the photo. croutons, no comment here….. (delicious) and the cheese only complements the taste chicken fillet, juicy and the sauce is perfect!! Great and food, would recommend to eat there. Really nice and food. I got salmon potato pancakes and they were great. Also big portions. Dog-friendly! Had to wait about 1.30h for pasta. We came as a group and half got their food first. And when the other half came, they had already eaten. Pasta was over cooked, didnt taste like anything and cost 12€. NOT worth it. After we ate, we asked the why didn’t she warn us about the waiting time. She went and called the owner, who came downstairs and started yelling. The told lies that we asked for a discount (which would be normal, or just free drinks) but we didn’t, we were nice and polite. After the started yelling and cussing one of our group member about speaking Russian, though we aren’t from there, some of us just don’t speak English. She had an agenda against Russians although she spoke it perfectly herself. All in all, I haven’t experienced nothing like this. Don’t come. Real bad. The was horrible, got yelled at by the owner. Waited for 1.30h and the did not warn us about that. When we finished, we asked about the reason why we waited for so long and why didn’t she warn us about that. After, the called the and when she came, she started yelling to us in russian about how can we ask discounts if we were warned about the waiting time, when discounts never were even mentioned. The really did not like that we spoke Russian even though she was the one who came and started yelling at us in perfect without accent russian. In overall, the was horrible, the lied about the fact, that she told us about waiting time. Also it seems that you can eat there only if you speak English or lithuanian, don’t be fooled about the menu which has russian language as well. Not. Worth. It. Amazing food for a good price. was great with a really friendly lady who spoke english. Not busy at all on a monday night, highly recommend to check this place out!
