The worst ticket management ever. We had scheduled for the 20th of August, but the weather was bad, so we received an email asking us to reschedule. We did, but on the new date there was again an orange weather alert. Another email was sent with a link to reschedule, but when we clicked, it said we couldn’t change our order. In the end, we paid 24 euros for nothing. Also, remember they will never respond to emails. My advice: check the weather carefully before booking, and don’t rely on them for rescheduling—it doesn't work, they are awful. Nice place, very quiet and peaceful.
