Sadly the place seems to use only the very cheapest ingredients and prepare them in the most time saving way taking every shortcut possible. Our meatballs were rubbery, almost burned on the outside while still raw on the inside. It's actually hard to prepare them that way, and be told: don't try. This is not how the almighty Lord wanted meatballs to taste or feel. The coffee was okay, but I still have a stony ball in my stomach. I was craving food from home so much and then I stumbled upon this restaurant. A fairly authentic Leskovac grill type many. But they have "prebranac", also known as "tavče na gravče", one of my favorites Serbian dishes. And as a bonus it is vegan. Recommend! Staff didn't speak English, menu wasn't in English. We got by just fine with Google translate. This is a restaurant by the highway. Servings are massive. Food was served quickly. We were there at noon for lunch and the place quickly filled up with people but there was no long wait. Very good choice for lunch if you travel on “Tracia” highway. Very good food and reasonable prices. Portions are always big! Staff is always polite and friendly. Clean and well maintained. You can buy fresh meat to go, too. Enjoy! My warmest recommendations The only complain is - it’s noisy if you select to sit outside. Otherwise it’s perfect place for grilled meat eaters. Very tasty cuisine. Although there was no English menu, a staff member kindly translated and recommended dishes based on our preferences. I would absolutely recommend trying their chicken broth soup and cabbage salad that comes with the meat dishes.
