We came here for breakfast and ordered an omelette that comes with a salad, and two crepes, and 2 cappucinos. The food was good, but unfortunately we found a hair in one of the salads. When we mentioned it to the staff, they neither replaced the dish nor deducted it from the bill, which was disappointing. The location itself is nice, but the way the situation was handled left a bad impression. great and cozy place. better cocktails than in Dubrovnik for half the price. next day had eggs for breakfast with an amazing cup of espresso. recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax 🙂 Where you can enjoy a meal and feel as you with family. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful. Though oysters not in season (i dun expect too much)，it was still tasty. Price is acceptable as it is located in tourist areas and indeed much cheaper than in Split and Trogir. I did go to another side Mali Ston， where food choice is limited and price much higher. The people here are the NICEST we have encountered in Croatia. The server and bartender were so friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend! I was randomly looking at the map from my travels to South Africa and wandered over to the map of my last travels to Croatia where we traveled for a month. This caffe has a special place in my heart for the amazing black risotto and mussels, along with the little kitty with big green eyes we met who we named Olive. Traveled all around Croatia to casual and high end places ordering the same and this place had the best. Service I thought was great, I forget the young male server we had both times. He was friendly and engaging even though there was a crowd. I’m not understanding the people who are giving this place a 1 star. It’s definitely not a fast paced place, it’s a place to go to enjoy the beautiful unique surroundings, the company you’re with while consuming the local eats. We went to visit 2x even though it wasn’t close by but definitely worth traveling to, and although we were only there 1x before the server and Olive remembered and greeted us as we were regulars. I’ve been to many hole in the walls to Michelin star restaurants but this place is definitely a place I will go out of my way to visit again 💚🐈 In Croatian it says 4 euros for an iced coffee. I ordered 2 iced coffees in Croatian and when the bill came it was 13 euros. When I asked the waitress she was rude and told me that there were small espressos and she started telling me some nonsense just to get off topic and went back to the cafe. Poor customer service. Horrible place to eat. Poor waiter is looking after all the tables alone, no time to look after all the customers. The owner is very rude, called me stupid after I complaint about mussels that have not been cleaned properly (still with sand and algaes). We refused to pay for the mussels and a veg risotto for our kid but agreed to pay the drinks but he took the drinks away and wanted us to pay for it. Obviously we didn't.
