Was recommended this winery from a waiter in Split, the was fantastic and he really built it up to be this amazing experience and a beautiful vineyard. We called ahead and tried to book a tasting, couldn’t get through. Sent an email requesting a tasting and tour a few days earlier. No reply. We drove and arrived anyway hopeful that we could just have a glass and enjoy the and scenery. We were met with really rude staff saying we have to sit inside when all tables outside are empty. Drive all this way to have a of their miserable staff instead of the views of the winery. Overall a a waste of our time and money A stop at a local liquor store to buy the and enjoy the views from one of the pull outs on the highway would have been a better experience The owner or an employee was sitting next to us, dressed like a slob and walking to the fridge and kitchen helping himself and putting things back after he was done. Just overall a really mediocre experience. Perhaps this is the norm but compared to wineries all over the world I’ve visited this was one of the worst. The service was nice and the food portions were more than enough and delicious. We had a group of 6 and got 3 tastings with food and 3 got glasses of wine. The wines were very nice and the was absolutely stunning at the top of the mountain. I would recommend making a reservation so you can make sure you get the outdoor seating. Visited the winery on a lovely sunny day. The venue is set overlooking beautiful sea and we sat and sampled three wines and some food. As we hadn’t booked a lunch we were unable to tour the vineyards etc so if that’s what you want to do then make sure you book in advance. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed our visit Stopped by and bought a few bottles of wine. The place looks beautiful and has amazing scenery. Good service. Beautiful location but rip off tasting as you get half the for double the price of a glass for them doing nothing but one sentence about the wine. Would have been 5 star if they were more honest and just priced properly. Glass and food prices were fine Beautiful view, but the service was shockingly unwelcoming. No one answered the phone when we tried to book. Arrived at 20:10 (well before closing), got no greeting or smile, and had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Overheard a staff member say “Who comes to a restaurant at half past eight?!!” – incredibly rude. Wine was fine, but the atmosphere made us feel like an inconvenience. If you value hospitality as much as the view, look elsewhere.
