We enjoyed our wandering around the grounds discovering many different statues set amongst the landscape. The chapel had some superb terracotta exhibits that were mesmerising. Within the chateau there were further superb artworks by visiting artists. Fabulous sculptures, beautiful gardens and fascinating house. All backed up by lovely staff Beautiful place, they have different things, labyrinth, a little Fontaine, the gardens I discoved this place on google maps 3 years ago and fell in love with it and its concept. I returned again a couple of days ago to show it to my friends who were too amazed by it. We also met the sculptor himself who was lovely, chatted to us and showed us his studio. As an artist myself, it’s so great to see what JM de Pas did when he inherited the estate so young. When you find yourself with a large estate, rich people tend to convert it into air bnbs and simply monetise the space. The sculptor, instead, decided to turn it into a cultural site and share knowledge, creativity and inspiration. Honestly, thank you so much! I always come back to visit this garden when I come to Normandie :) What an atmospheric place to visit and many stunning statues. Nice Excellent Top!
