Really balygoo is 7 STAAAR.. NOT 5...!!! THANKS..... We had alot of nice, lovely venue very clean from the play area to the toilets. Staff members are also very nice and welcoming. The food was ok for the price you pay. Overall it was a lovely afternoon my girls 2 and 3 enjoyed themselves alot. We went in the morning so it wasn't overly packed, they had alot of freedom to play around. Super playground for kids and parents! Our 8 year old had the BEST time playing at Balygoo on a rainy afternoon, while on a roadtrip through France. It was the perfect place to spend time while we waited to check-in to our Rouen Airbnb. Staff was especially friendly and welcoming. We live in the UK, and our son asked if we could come back to this part of France again just to visit Balygoo. 🤭 I wish I could give this place 6 stars! Petit mais bien mieux que les autres parcs de ce genre sur Rouen et alentours. Le personnel est agréable. Les tables sont espacées. Les jeux sont visibles et éclairés. Nous n'avons pas peur d'y laisser nos enfants car l'espace est sécurisé et nous pouvons les voir facilement. Je recommande. L'endroit est très propre. Nous pouvons y manger bien que les hamburgers et les frites soient surgelés. Mon fils y passe un bon moment à chaque fois. Très bien, prix raisonnable. Super fun ! Trop de bruit Très bel endroit un anniversaire d'enfants et qu'ils s'amusent en toute sécurité pendant que vous buvez un café Super Endroit très agréable les enfants. Prix très raisonnable, que ce soit le prix de l’entrée et les snack à coter. Cependant cela peut vite tourner au drame comme nous, car certain parents sont venu en se disant qu’ils seraient tranquille de ne pas s’occuper de leur enfant. Au bout d’une heure nous avions l’impression d’être dans un zoo .. les enfants sont livrer à eux même, les parents se mettent bien sur loin et sur leur téléphone. J’ai trouver cela honteux, un gamin a voulu monter avec ma fille dans un jeu que nous venions de payer mais comme il était en marche il n’a pas pu, sa maman n’est jamais intervenue et a la fin celui ci a attraper le visage de notre fille et lui a enfoncer ses ongles dans sa joue. Malgré nos plainte a la maman celle ci n’a rien fait. Elle est bien sur repartie sur son téléphone. Les véhicule ou il faut payer 1€ un jeton son utiliser par certaine personne sans payer. Ils poussaient les véhicules avec leur enfants dessus, tout cela en bloquant le jeux les autres .. Le staff devrait être plus vigilant à cela je trouve. Endroit agréable les enfants. Le gros soucis c'est la propreté dans les toilettes je trouve ça honteux avec le monde qu'il y a que les toilettes ne soit jamais fait ! Papier et savon jamais vérifié, je n'ose pas faire faire pipi a mon fils tellement que c'est sale. Cool Top We had a great experience at Balygoo!
