It’s the first time I have been to this ground during the day it’s basically 10 mins away from the station which was a big plus the shop had lots of sports merchandise the were very plus professional I didn’t have to wait long . The ground is old like ours - not a 'bowl', which is nice. There are 4 strip displays, 2 either end behind the goal, high up above either corner displaying the score and time (although at one bit the clock was wrong??). They also have a large screen in the east/south corner facing the west/north corner. The ground is located in the south/east of the city. Access by road is via the bypass and then crossing the bridge onto the ring road in the south. There are several options for parking, including multistory and flat. Check out NCFC official site for more parking options. The train station is only a 10min walk to Carrow road. Plenty of places to eat north of the ground. Would have given more stars if they hadn't charged away fans £37 for a ticket as a result we didn't buy food or drink in the stadium. Would recommend buying food in the retail park next door where there's plenty of places to eat. Excellent view and really stewards who were very attentive and kept up a great banter throughout the game. Very easy to get through the turnstiles. Norwich City always seems like a place to visit. The views from the away area aren't the best, but they're no worse than other places. The seemed friendly, and even at night, we felt safe walking around. Great location close to the station. Not a bad from the stand with the loud drum, to the right of the away section. and supporters, decent banter. The view from the right edge of the away stand isn’t too bad, but it was quite difficult to see across into the other penalty area. Also water droplets were falling from the roof. I didn’t have any food at the stadium. Overall, a decent away day. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Carrow Road ground to watch the England women’s team, the Lionesses, in their Euro 2025 qualifier against the Republic of Ireland. Despite the rain, it was an overall fantastic experience. The at Carrow Road was electric, with enthusiastic fans cheering on the Lionesses. The itself is well-maintained and offers great views from every seat. The were and efficient, ensuring a smooth entry and enjoyable matchday experience. The game was thrilling, with the Lionesses displaying remarkable skill and determination to secure a 2-1 victory. It was inspiring to see such high-quality and witness the passion of the players and supporters alike. Even though the weather was less than ideal, it didn’t dampen the spirits of the crowd or the excitement of the match. Carrow Road provided a memorable setting for a great day of football, and I look forward to returning for future games. Highly recommended for any fan! Of course we go to support my son’s team Norwich City Fc. Decent Stadium, plenty options inside and out for food/Drink. Local shops/bars/restaurants around the all within a 10 minute walk, including plenty of home and away pubs. Morrisons, B&M, Costa, Starbucks, Boots, Nike outlet etc all within 5 minute walk. Norwich City itself is lovely place to visit. 1st time to carrow road in long time. However was banging. Always love how and people. Allowed fans into their home bar and we were welcomed with door & home fans. A good day out as a result 👌 Fantastic stadium, always stewards and Staff. Norwich city club is a great facility we should be rightly proud to have in Norwich. I was invited by a friend to attend a game as a guest to sit in the Barclay stand and was impressed with the smooth entry and exit routines and good facilities within the stadium. The during the game win or lose is excitingly alive and it was nice to see the full stands of loyal fans supporting their home team.
