While some issues with mooring costs and accessibility exist, the overall experience is highly positive, particularly for boating and wildlife observation. Plan ahead to avoid crowds. Consider visiting during the spring or summer for the best weather and fully leaved trees. Be prepared for potential mud and limited wheelchair access in certain areas. Beautiful place to visit. Went on a five day boating trip with friends. Sunny with a cold wind in late April, so didn't spend as much time on the top deck as we'd have liked. Very pretty. Imagine that when the trees have all their leaves in summer that it will be even prettier. We worth a visit for a relaxing holiday. I did not know that when I took photos of Riverside, the location tag was The Broads National Park. Certainly surprised, as we were in the city. The views were really nice and being near to entertainment centres, was a bonus. Beautiful, natural surroundings. Lots of wildlife to see . The fresh air is wonderful. Love walk down the side of the canal. I love to come back to the Broads in the spring and in the summer. You can relax here either on land or water. There are miles of footpaths through the Broads and many boats to rent to spend some quality time on the water. You can also bring your own floating equipment like a canoe or paddle board.
