We had a wonderful with the romantic package. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, they tried so hard to make sure our stay was amazing. We had the fondue which was so tasty. We ended up staying in the bubble pods overnight and it was such a magical experience. Don't hesitate to book your reservation here you will not be disappointed. Truly a unique experience! Fondue dinner with amazing local wine. Heated change rooms and a lovely parting gift for my 5 year old. Could not falter! We had fondue in the hot tub and it was a lovely experience! The team is super friendly, helpful, and enthousiastic! The accomodation is extremely clean and changing rooms and toilet are heated, which is nice in winter. We were a group of four, we indulged in a delightful evening in the baths, starting with a selection of 2 snacks and 2 fresh salads that were simply delicious. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the fondue – we ordered 4 portions, and it was perfect: rich, creamy, and flavorful they make their fondue with apple cider instead of wine which aids in digestion. Sonia the host working at the time was INCREDIBLY helpful and spoke great English and crafted us 4 beautiful cocktails, it was a treat for the senses. The bath itself truly set this apart with its breathtaking views of the valley and mountains as they turned purple at sunset. The serene alpine setting with mountains and valleys in the distance, combined with cow bells and field kitties hunting mice on the hillside to the warm waters you could stoke and cool yourself, created an unforgettable atmosphere. In August you couldn’t see the sunset directly but the sun dipped behind the mountains as we relaxed in the baths and it was pure magic. The entire was seamless, with friendly staff and exceptional service throughout. (THANK YOU Sonia!) We highly recommend Alpenbad to anyone looking for a unique and memorable in Switzerland. We left feeling absolutely spoiled by the hosts there. Nicole was wonderful in ensuring all our needs and wants were met, even anticipating what we might need and offering us all the options (like a higher seat or an umbrella for the rain). Food quality is quite high. It was the amount for the two of us. Water temperature was perfect, we didn't need to adjust, but it is possible to adjust the temperature if you want to.
