Inside the cabins you’ll find everything you need for a great stay. Clean and fully equipped 4-person tiny house. Garden and resort are well maintained and a nice and sunny terrace in front of the tiny house. The wifi is stable and I was able to work. The shower is comfortable with a solid spray of hot water. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return. Minor points of feedback: parent bedroom matrass is a bit thin, I would place a box spring for a better night rest. The second point is to place insect screens in front of the windows. Lastly, kitchen was fully equipped, I only missed oven gloves. Absolutely awesome location with the appartment next to the water. Peaceful after summer nights. The outlook is very beautiful. But the walls are very thin, there are so many dead spiders on the wall, there are no soap, no towels, it doesn't look clean, no toilet paper.. Quiet place to have a good rest. The mobil-home facilities are very good. We europarcs Markermeer 5 months before our arrival, I early as they where advertising 50%off. We 6 over the age of 18, and paid for the largest they advertised on their website because we wanted the extra space and comfy beds. We arrived and no one was there to assist us, we had to look around for the locker that had our key and info in it. We where not told where they where located , just told a locker on the premises! Had a lot of difficulty using the key as it is very difficult to unlock and lock the doors!! We arrived inside the and we where so disappointed. The kitchen was a alley kitchen, if one person was in the kitchen it was a very very small space for someone else to pass by, with 6 not a very suitable situation.Very small and compact, one bedroom had a double bed, the other 2 rooms each had a set of very uncomfortable bunkbeds and very very noisy! Could not move a inch without making very load noises , with paper thin walls all you would hear through the night is people moving in the beds... Another huge downfall is the office is only open Monday and Fridays, so when they are open it’s a very long wait as they are busy!!! Terrible customer service!! When we we loved the pictures that they used to advertise . But not one of the pictures that they used to get us to book was out of our house! So very false advertising!!! I have pictures to prove the false advertising! They would do nothing to try to make us happy, they wanted to give us a another house. We had no need for another as we already had 2! Did not need a third ! Customer service is non existing! We thought we where getting a with toilet and shower separate as advertised, but no! Combo bathroom with 6 adults! Not very accommodating at all!! As we six adults! Why ask ages of people if it has no meaning??? Makes zero sense! Also they charge for cleaning when you have to leave it clean? Why pay for a cleaning? Also on arrival we noticed our main door glass had cracks in it, as well as a patio window had a very major crack in it! The day before we left, workers had to come into our and change the door glass and measure for the patio window, why they couldn’t wait till the following after 10 am after we checked out is beyond me?? We would like to mention that the second we had rented was nice, much nicer than the we had 5 months prior and much cheaper than the one we 5 months prior. On the early morning day of departure it was very windy and the one we where in had a umbrella in its stand the day we arrived and we never once used or touched it, blew over and broke and someone came to ya and gave us trouble for leaving the umbrella out. We never touched it once. If the resort was worried about the patio furniture they should have been out and about collecting the furniture!! As it was extremely windy! They should have known from experience what can happen with high winds off the water ! On our check out, they knew we where not happy with our house. They offered us 50% off our next visit! Why would we return to a resort that could not accommodate us the first time? Their excuse for our that was for us was a computer booking! That does not make sense to us, why would a computer put us in a that cannot 6 ! Nice excuse though... . . . .So if you are booking for only 2 in a with very young children these houses might be for you, but they will never see us on their property again!! As there are MUCH nicer places to stay in North Holland! 🥂👌 lesson learned! We would like to mention that we have been to North Holland several times and not once had the issues we had at europarcs Markermeer ..
