The child was crying a lot so I asked the worker if I can check the diaper and change it in the toilet. He refused simply said that they don’t allow this in the store. The worker was bit rude and not at all helpful. Ok Hei, Jeg hadde en veldig dårlig opplevelse hos dere 30.09.2025, Jeg bestilte iskrem og fant hår og grønn sopp i isboksen. Da jeg sa ifra, tok den ansatte bort håret med bare hender uten hansker og fortsatte å servere, uten å fjerne boksen. I tillegg var gutten veldig uhøflig, svarte meg ikke og bare ignorerte meg og gikk sin vei. Dette var både uhygenisk og uprofesjonelt.
