Super Amazing experience, truly a place to come back in🥳 This is the relax zone from the hungarospa. The pools are decent but need a bit more care. A nice place for relaxing. Premium zone deserves their money because is more private and you have the sunbeds included. You can’t enter if there are no sunbeds available. Also there is great food inside. We recomand it! Now, as I took the chance to visit it again - it feels stuck in time and in a dire need for critical upgrades, especially technology wise. +//- points: + variety, there are different pools for whatever temperature or water depth you may envision + they've added a Premium area since my last visit, but given the cumulated ticket price, it adds up to the total cost - ​ locker rooms still use a metal key system, not the more modern watch/wristband based electronic opening - Men toilets seem to be leaking, the cleaning is poor - The water is on the colder side within the premium area - Staff's level of English is unsatisfactory for a place that calls itself "the largest thermal complex in Europe" All in all - I won't return until maybe a complete refurbishment of the place; it doesn't look like they are missing customers anyways and given this year's heat wave in Europe business should flourish... 🙂 Today i had absolutely disaster experience with your premium part, where i used to be a happy visitor many times before! we arived (200km) at 11:00 to buy tickets where a lady told us the tickets to premium part are no more avilable becouse its full even there were hundreds of free lounge beds... she was not able to explain how its possible there is not possible to buy ticket and how its possible its "full" even all day we saw hundreds of avilable and empty beds... we had to spend a day in regular zone full of dirt and milion people... we never ever come back! the worst and most stupid experience ever!!!
