The person in charge was nice Wow! This is my favorite yet. I brought my sister for her first room, and she was smitten too. We loved learning more about the history of the Basque region through the game, and the entire was incredibly immersive. The owner was also very kind to work with us for a last minute booking. You should definitely go. Challenging puzzles, beautiful design and a great story. David is an amazing host as well! We played Route 1 and 2, totally recommend them. Habíamos reservado con anticipación para hacer el room, pero cuando llegamos al lugar, nadie se presentó para atendernos. Llamamos varias veces, pero no recibimos ninguna respuesta. Tuvimos que marcharnos sin poder realizar la actividad que tanto esperábamos. Es una total falta de respeto hacia los clientes, especialmente cuando se hace una reserva. Nos sentimos completamente abandonados y decepcionados por la falta de profesionalismo y atención. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. We loved this room, they accommodated us at very short notice. As English speakers and a family(kids 12 and 14) route 1 was very accommodating. We have done multiple rooms and the level of challenge was perfect for us to complete it in 50 minutes.
